From here, you are a short walk away from restaurants, shops, bars and the Calvari steps making this an ideal choice for guests wanting to live the true Mallorcan life. By car you are 10 mins from Puerto de Pollenca, 15 mins to the beach of Cala San Vicente, 35 mins to Cap de Formentor and, within 45 mins you can be exploring the East side of the island or in the heart of Palma.

On the ground floor, Casa Cifre has a large open living/dining area with English and German satellite TV channels. From the living room you can access the kitchen/eat in breakfast area and a bright enclosed patio with outdoor furniture perfect for enjoying a Mediterranean breakfast in the morning. Upstairs are the three bedrooms; a master suite with a double bedroom and en suite bathroom with standing shower with access to an outdoor terrace, and two twin bedrooms which share the second upstairs bathroom.

Finished to a high standard and making wide use of natural stone in the traditional Mallorcan style the comfortable interior living space and well-equipped courtyard and terrace provide peaceful havens to return home and unwind after a day of hiking, exploring or soaking in culture as you stroll the towns and villages that make up this wonderful island.

Why they chose this property

First traveled to Mallorca over 20 years ago and have been going regularly for the past 10. After a horsing mishap I visited Pollenca to recover and knew it was ‘my place’. Has an atmosphere unlike anywhere else I’ve been.
