Casa León is a fabulous house in the heart of the coveted town of Pollença. This cosy property is a great gem waiting to be discovered.The ground floor consists of a spacious living-dining room with all amenities, attention to detail and an exquisite design. From the living room and at the same level, there is a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a patio with a jacuzzi and a barbecue. There is a toilet and a laundry room. Heated jacuzzi for a supplement of €18/day, minimum 3 consecutive days. (available from October to May)On the first floor we can find two spacious bedrooms, one for a couple and another with two beds. The room with two beds has a bathroom with a shower. The icing on the cake is the covered balcony with comfortable seating to enjoy views of the village and the mountain range.This is definitely a very solid addition to our portfolio, and certainly not a property that one would want to miss.The air conditioning is included in the 24-hour rental priceThe tourist tax is included in the rates.Information to be taken into account:In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it, otherwise a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore near your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
