Charming Townhouse with sunny private pool and terrace in the old town

The house is divided in two floors. Upstairs there is the terrace with private pool, outside table and sunbeds. Entering the house there is the living-room, the new kitchen (owen, microwave, washing machine, glass-ceramic hob, dishwasher), and a toilet. Downstairs there are the two bedrooms and a renovated bathroom. The pool is sunny from 9am until late afternoon. The house has nice views to the mountains and is a few paces away from the Calvario steps. In the old town, but in a very quiet zone. There is no problem for parking near the house.

My father rebuilded and completely renewed this townhouse 30 years ago. The bathroom and kitchen are completely new as well as the pool and outside terrace.
It's an exclusive house with private pool and terrace in the old town, but in a quiet area.
