Ca'n Bajoca-2, is a villa located in Pollensa in a very quiet rural setting with privacy, at the foot of the impressive surrounding mountains.Next door, that is to say as a neighbour, is Can Bajoca-1. another villa almost twin in dimensions of its house, plot and services, ideal for families who want to be together but each one in their own house or group of friends.
Distributed all on the same floor, we find the very spacious living room all in the same room with different atmosphere, with the kitchen open to the dining room and all with direct access to the porch, the garden and the swimming pool surrounded by lawn.
