VIlla in an idyllic and unique valley of Pollensa

Private villa in the quiet area of the Valle de la Coma, just 15 minutes from the town and 20 minutes from the beach. It has a pool. It is surrounded by gardens, terraces, barbecue and laundry.
On the ground floor we have a dining room with stereo and open kitchen fully equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances such as oven, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. It also has a full bathroom and a lounge with TV, DVD player, and satellite. In addition there is the room with double bed with en suite bathroom and the single room.
Going up to the first floor is the other double bedroom with shower room en suite. With an incredible terrace.
The house is fully equipped with several air conditioning devices.

Lovely location

Perfect location away from all the hustle. Only suitable if you have a car really, as quite a distance from the main roads. Older villa but had everything we needed to hand, well set out. My family and I were made very welcome on arrival with enough provisions for a few days which was really kind of the owner. Peace and tranquillity was had by all and I would certainly rent again. Thank you Magdalena and family.

Amazing week in a beautiful villa, highly recommended

We've just had a fabulous week in beautiful Villa Coma. The location is stunning, situated in the mountains and very private and peaceful but close to beaches and Pollensa old town. The pool and gardens were fab and we loved watching the mountain goats and star gazing at night. The villa itself had loads of space and felt very comfortable and homely. We also had the best welcome we've ever experienced at any place we've stayed, with a fridge full of food and drink which was so much appreciated after a very delayed flight and car hire nightmare! Thank you so much to Aina and Magdalena for a wonderful holiday, highly recommended.

Beautiful rural property

We had an amazing stay at the villa. The surroundings are beautiful and views from the balcony are gorgeous. You definitely need a car as it's quite remote but a short drive from Pollença and Alcudia beach. We also walked to Pollença which took us about an hour but was a beautiful walk. The pool was a definite highlight for us. The host was great with communication and left some food for us which was lovely. Property was clean and had everything we needed. We didn't want to leave!!

Good overall

We have just spent 10 days at this holiday rental. The house was clean and very spacious with plenty of room for our group of 4 adults and a toddler. The owners changed the bed linen and cleaned half way through our stay which was a nice touch. The outside space is excellent especially the 2 lovely terraces and pool. We had a couple of issues however, one relating to a travel cot we requested which was promptly addressed and one which wasn't- namely a leaking toilet in the downstairs en-suite, which made it unusable and quite smelly. The house is in a beautiful and very tranquil location which we really enjoyed. We walked most mornings into Pollensa along the GR221 which was lovely and highly recommended. The access to the house as other reviewers have mentioned is quite hair-raising in places, being very narrow and very rough in places. I would definitely advise against a large hire car. Whilst we really enjoyed our time here, it was blighted by the large numbers of mosquitoes which were around constantly. We all got bitten repeatedly despite wearing copious amounts of Deet and using electric plug-ins. I appreciate there is nothing the owners can do about this but it would put us off booking again. However this aside, the house is very good value for money and perfect if you want total peace and in lovely surroundings.

Das Haus ist wunderbar! Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet (inkl. Erstausstattung an Lebensmitteln), der Kühlschrank ist groß genug und mit Eisfach und Eiswürfelbehälter. Ich habe geschlafen wie ein Baby, denn die Betten sind gemütlich, man kann die Schlafzimmer gut abdunkeln und die beiden großen Schlafzimmer kann man mit den Klimaanlagen runterkühlen. Auf der Terrasse kann man gemeinsam essen und trinken. Morgens ist allerdings sofort alles voller Wespen, deswegen haben wir drinnen oder am Strand gefrühstückt. Abends muss man großzügig Autan oder ähnliches verwenden, ansonsten wird man von den zahlreichen Mücken attackiert.Im September kommt am späten Vormittag die Sonne hinter den Bergen hervor - dann wird es sehr schnell sehr heiß, aber man kann sich im Pool abkühlen. Der Sonnenschirm am Pool spendet leider nicht genug Schatten für 5 Personen, deswegen haben wir dort unser mitgebrachtes Sonnensegel aufgebaut.Gut zu wissen: In dem Raum mit der Waschmaschine sind Sonnenschirme und Pool-Spielzeug (wahrscheinlich von vorherigen Gästen).Wir haben die abgeschiedene Lage ohne sichtbare Nachbarn sehr genossen. Mit dem Auto sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand in weniger als 30 Min. erreichbar.Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war freundlich und unkompliziert. Auf Nachfrage wurde sogar ein früherer Check-in und späterer Check-out ohne Aufpreis ermöglicht.Es gibt eine besondere Mitbewohnerin: Eine kleine schwarze (Straßen)Katze, an die wir alle unser Herz verloren haben!

Der Aufenthalt war absolut phantastisch! Die Lage des Objekts so versteckt in den Bergen, die liebevolle Ausstattung bei der es wirklich an nichts fehlt, der volle (!!!) Kühlschrank mit allem, was man für den Anreisetag und die erste Nacht braucht und das schöne große Grundstück ließen absolut keine Wünsche offen. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Und der Pool - ein Traum! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Il s’agit d’une maison charmante dont les propriétaires sont à l’écoute. Ce n’est pas mentionné dans l’annonce mais il y a le wifi. Bien que partis en deuxième semaine de juin, nous sommes tombés au début d’une canicule et étions contents que l’air conditionné soit aussi présents dans les 2 chambre principales ainsi que dans la salle à manger / cuisine. Petit bémol : je pense que nous étions les premiers de la saison car lorsque nous sommes entrés ça manquait d’aération et ça sentait le vieux bois. Rien de bien grave.

Ein stilles Paradies

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in la Coma. Der Platz ist wunderbar ruhig und versteckt, ohne sehr weit ab vom Schuss zu sein. Man erreicht Pollensa in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto.Das Haus ist klein aber sehr liebevoll ausgestattet. Es gibt alles, was man braucht. Überwältigend war das gastfreundliche Willkommen. Der Kühlschrank war bestens gefüllt, das Feuerholz lag bereit. Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an wohl gefühlt.Wer einen ruhigen Ort in der Natur und fernab vom Trubel sucht, ist hier goldrichtig.Vielen Dank!

Super für alle, die es ruhig mögen.

Das Haus liegt sehr schön in einem Tal am Ende eines langen Zuweges. Der an andren Stellen als abenteuerlich beschriebene enge Weg ist kein Problem, es gibt sehr selten weitere Fahrzeuge. Ohne Auto wird es schwierig (Bushaltestelle ca. 3 km). Nur sollte man nicht gerade mit einem Sportwagen unterwegs sein. Sehr schönes Gelände in einsamer Lage. Ideal für ruhige Nächte oder auch für eine sehr lebhafte Familie. Ideale Ausgangsbasis für Unternehmungen im sehr schönen Nordwesten.

Rustikales Haus in abgelegenem Tal

Alles Nötige vorhanden. Haus gemütlich und rustikal. Leider waren die Räume sehr muffig und feucht. Mückengitter an Fenster/Türen nicht vorhanden, daher schwer zu lüften.

Sehr schönes, gemütliches Landhaus

Das Haus ist am Ende eines Tales gelegen. Das Außengelände ist großzügig. Mit der schönen Terrasse und dem Pool kann man auch den ganzen Tag auf dem Grundstück verbringen. Das Haus ist ländlich ausgestattet und hat alles, was man für entspannte Tage braucht. Gefreut haben wir uns auch über einige Lebensmittel im Kühlschrank zum Start.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit sehr netter Gastgeberin

Der Aufenthalt in la coma war toll. Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr ruhig ist sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin war stehts sehr höflich, schnell und unkomliziert. Wir haben uns durchgehend sehr wohl gefühlt.

Finca Pollensa La Coma

Die beste und sauberste Finca die wir bis jetzt in dieser Preisklasse hatte.Es war die vierte Finca in Pollensa.Absolute Ruhe.Sehr nette Vermieter.Kühlschrank war schon gefüllt.Sehr nette Geste. Aber....... hatte auch den anspruchsvollsten Anfahrtsweg

Absolute Ruhe!

Das Haus ist sehr schön und absolut ruhig gelegen. Sehr guter Service. Obwohl wir nur eine Woche dort waren, wurde in der Zeit alles gereinigt. Bei Ankunft trafen wir auf einen gut gefüllten Kühlschrank. Alles in allem hat sich der Aufenthalt 100%ig gelohnt.

Traumhafte Lage

Das Haus liegt in traumhafter Lage und Kulisse. Der Pool war das Highlight. Wir haben ihn aufgrund der heißen Temperaturen jeden Tag mehrmals genutzt. Erwähnenswert ist die Anfahrt, die alles andere als leicht ist. Gerade mit einem größeren Auto (z.B. SUV) sollte man keine Angst vor Gegenverkehr haben. Es gibt zwar Ausweichstellen, es kann aber durchaus sein, dass man dann mehrere Meter zurück muss. Der Weg von der Hauptstraße zur Finca ist also durchaus abenteuerlich. Die Kommunikation war super. Wir hatten ein paar Mal keinen Strom und einmal kein Wasser, per WhatsApp und Anruf konnte uns aber sehr schnell geholfen werden. Die Finca ist wie bereits erwähnt schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. So sind die Gerüche etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Alles in allem punktet die Finca jedoch mit ihrem tollen Pool und der Lage.

Absolute Ruhre

Objekt liegt abgelegen am Ende eines Tals. In einer absolut ruhigen Umgebung kann man entspannen und die tolle Landschaft genießen. Komplettiert wird der Aufenthalt durch einen Pool sowie ein Fussballtor... beides wurde durch unsere Kinder ausgiebig bespielt. Gebäude ist im Inneren etwas feucht, was uns im Sommer allerding kein bißchen gestört hat. Wir würden noch einmal buchen!

Lovely villa in a great location

Lovely traditional villa in a superb location. Would have been helpful to have some more information on the area which I think the host is going to put together for future guests. We would recommend this villa and hope to stay again.

Familienurlaub am Pool

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Ja, Haus und Einrichtung sind schon etwas älter (WLAN gibt es), aber die Lage ist perfekt, der Pool sehr schön, das Haus liegt abgelegen, in traumhafter Umgebung und trotzdem sind Strände, Berge, Supermärkte, Pollenca, ... gut erreichbar. Obwohl wir nur 9 Tage dort waren, gab es eine Zwischenreinigung mit Wäschewechsel und zu Beginn den schon oft gelobten vollen Kühlschrank.

Herbsturlaub

schöne ruhige Umgebung, früh wird man mit Vogelgezwitscher geweckt sehr nette Vermieter, die Probleme so schnell wie möglich lösen; gefüllter Kühlschrank bei Ankunft; großer, grüner Garten, leider im Herbst etwas schattenverwöhnt; Die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber gemütlich; Ofen im Wohnzimmer zum Heizen für die kühlen Nächte
