About this property

CAN LA (Wi-Fi Villa)

Our beautiful country house is situated in Pollensa only 1 km from the 9-hole golf course. The old and cultural town of Pollensa lies just 2km away and the beach 5 km.
The property is full equipped including wifi that will allow you to enjoy an internet connection while relaxing and enjoying your holiday.
Upon entering the 150m2 villa there is a spacious kitchen and lounge area where a few steps take you to a further living area/conservatory with access to the gardens and swimming pool. There are three bedrooms in total, the master bedroom with double bed and en-suite complete bathroom, and two twin rooms share a further complete bathroom.

Outside you can enjoy a relaxing meal under the covered terrace.

Only on request, and included at the rental price:
- High chair
- Cot
- Bathtub for children (until 15 kg)

Rental procedure:
- 25% payable by transfer when booking.
- 75% payable by cash on arrival.

- Security Deposit (for electrical consum, final cleaning or possible damages caused during your stay): 300€ (Up to 2 weeks).
Electricity consum will be charged at your deposit depending on consum at 0,25 €/Kwh. Also, central heating consum (cold seasson) will be charged at your deposit at 2 €/litre.
This deposit will be refunded by transfer after pertinent deductions within 15 days after return date.

Great stay

This is a lovely spacious villa. My husband and I booked the villa mainly for the outside space and for the price, we couldn't have found anywhere better. Fransisco was very helpful and responded to all questions quickly. We would stay here again.

Fabulous Villa

Can La is a beautiful villa in a fantastic location. We spent a lovely week there, chilling out by the pool. Francisco is a great host and was very responsive to any queries that we sent to him. We would definitely like to return to Can La in the future.

Wonderful villa in a great location.

My husband and I have been to Mallorca many times and like to stay in different places on the island. This villa was wonderful. Exceptionally clean, in a great location and in a quiet neighbourhood. Plenty of space indoors and outdoors and lovely to be able to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine. The owner Fransisco was very helpful and friendly. Many thanks indeed.

beautiful setting

This was our 2nd stay and we certainly hope to visit again. January is a good time because everywhere is quiet and not crowded but there is still plenty to do and see. It is in a peaceful setting and the views from the roof terrace are spectacular. Several restaurants are open in the surrounding towns so there is a choice. The train from Sa Pobla to Palma is an easy and regular service. The Caves of Drach and Lluc monastery were lovely and not busy. We were lucky to have 7 sunny & warm days out of 9 and the conservatory on the villa remained warm and we only had the heating on for a short time on 2 evenings. The new TV & channels were a bonus as we prefer not to drive at night along the narrow roads surrounding the villa. All in all, a wonderful holiday to celebrate my husband's 70th birthday. Thank you Francisco and hope to see you again.

Sweet Private Familly House

Wunderschönes liebevoll gestaltetes Sommerhaus im typischen Mallorca-Stil.Wir waren während der Weihnachtsfeiertage dort und haben die sonnigen ruhigen Tage abseits der Saison sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt ruhig und abgelegen in der Nähe vom malerischen Pollenca. Trotz der Nachts ca 6 und tagsüber 16 Grad haben wir dank der Heizung nicht gefroren. (Wir sind gespannt auf die Heizkosten). Wir würden gerne wieder kommen!

Eigentlich sehr schön . Ein sehr freundlicher Francisco, der sich allerdings erst am 3. Tag meldete. Auf den Hinweis, dass sämtliche Liegen am Pool kaputt seien, antwortete er sehr freundlich : ja, die müssten wir irgendwann mal erneuern ! Das war‘s !Die Einrichtung ist zweckmässig und lieblos, und bei dem Preis wären zumindest ein paar Tabs für Waschmaschine oder Geschirrspüler ganz nett gewesen !

Ruhiger Rückzugsort im Sommer

In dem Haus haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir haben es sehr sauber vorgefunden, die Kommunikation mit dem sehr netten Vermieter Francisco lief schnell und problemlos. Francisco schickt vorab auch eine Wegbeschreibung. Im Sommer sind die Klimaanlagen. Betten und Möbel etwas in die Jahre gekommen, der Pool war der Hammer. Ein Auto ist absolut notwendig.

Tolle Woche in Can La

Schon in dem Moment, als wir durch das Tor auf das Grundstück gefahren sind, wussten wir, dass wir mit der Entscheidung für dieses Ferienhaus alles richtig gemacht haben. Wunderschönes, vollständig ausgestattetes Haus, welches vollkommen der Beschreibung entspricht, toller und auch tiefer Pool, ruhige Lage, aber dennoch in 5 min (mit dem wirklich notwendigen Mietwagen) im schicken Pollença... hier stimmte einfach alles. Dazu mit Francisco einen tollen, überhaupt nicht aufdringlichen, aber auch schnell antwortenden Gastgeber, durch den auch CheckIn und CheckOut herrlich unproblematisch vonstatten gingen. Vielen Dank für alles... es war einfach schön!

Für uns war es perfekt!

Wir ware zwei Wochen in der Finca und hatten wunderbare Ferien! Die Lage haben wir genossen abseits der vielen Menschen und doch mit dem Auto schnell in den Dörfern oder am Strand. Der Pool war sauber und machte Spass. Wir würden wieder Ferien in der Finca machen.

Heel fijn huis! Op een rustige plek, prachtige tuin met olijf- en fruitbomen. Twee plekken voor een terras, voor altijd schaduw of zon. Een keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt en nog wat extra. Heerlijk zwembad. Vriendelijke eigenaar die je altijd alles kan vragen en ook nog tips voor de omgeving heeft.

Ruhige Villa zum Wohlfühlen!

Wir waren Ende Februar in diesem großzügigen, sehr gut und schön ausgestatten Haus. Im großen Wintergarten mit Esstisch und Korbmöbeln haben wir uns am liebsten aufgehalten. Aufgrund des oft noch kühlen Wetters im Februar/März schätzten wir sehr, dass alle Räume über eine Zentralheizung beheizbar sind. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, man ist aber auch schnell in der kleinen Stadt Pollenca oder am Meer. Ein Auto ist aber unbedingt notwendig.

wundervoll ruhig

diese Villa hatte alles, was wir uns wünschten: Ruhe, Sonne und als Bonbons eine Dachterrasse und einen Wintergarten. Es waren sehr gemütliche Tage und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es war alles zweckmäßig und heile, der Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Wir kommen wieder :)!

The Villa was wonderful and extremely quiet, pool was excellent, very clean inside and gardens well kept, beds comfortable and nothing to much trouble for Francisco always available. It is necessary to have a car but if you want to just go and chill it’s perfect.

Schöne ruhige Lage und guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Es ist ein Stückchen von der Stadt entfernt und eignet sich hervorragend um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Es gibt ausreichend Platz, mit drei Schlafzimmern, zwei Badezimmern einem Wohnesszimmer und einem Wintergarten. So ist es auch für verschiedene Jahreszeiten geeignet. Der zugehörige Pool wurde auch gerne genutzt und ist groß genug um ein paar Züge zu schwimmen. Pollenca ist ein paar Kilometer vom Meer entfernt, ist aber ein guter Ausgangspunkt um verschiedene Strände zu erreichen, oder auch ins Gebirge zu fahren. Alles in allem ein tolles Haus um seinen Urlaub zu verbringen.
