Can Roig Gran 041 magnificent finca with private pool, large barbecue area and WiFi

Large house with everything you need to enjoy your holidays with family and friends.



The property offers a living area of approximately 130 m² and accommodates six people. The house has three bedrooms, the main bedroom with a double bed and the other two with two single beds, and has two bathrooms with a shower.

The living room has a good-sized dining table to accommodate the whole family or a group of friends where they can enjoy pleasant meals. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house has air conditioning.

In the garden, you will find a pleasant covered barbecue area where you can spend great evenings with family or friends. From here, you have direct access to the large swimming pool with comfortable sun loungers. If you prefer the beach, it is just a 15-minute drive from the local beach.



IMPORTANT:

- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.

- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.

- Electricity included (3 kw/day per person)

- Pets: supplement of 50.00 Eur. per animal. Civil liability insurance for animals is mandatory.

Lovely villa with a spacious garden. Kitchen was very well equipped and there were lots of pool toys that the kids enjoyed playing with. We had a problem with the air con when we arrived but it was fixed the very next day. Great, peaceful villa.

Absolutely incredible! We swam in the beautiful pool every morning and night! The living room was spacious and lovely and the bedrooms were ideal! We cooked in the kitchen and enjoyed every moment! We hope you will have us back!

Superb and very relaxing

The bedrooms and bathrooms in particular are superb. But that said, we cannot fault it at all. A lovely, secluded stay with a fabulous outdoor kitchen, pool and garden. What more could you wish for? The oven was a bit fiddly to operate!

Well located private property

Well located to Pollença, Puerto Pollença and Port D’Alcudia. Large private plot with lovely covered outdoor dining area. Good pool and good sized house with ample parking. Flexibility of being able to stay for 9 nights. Some basic provisions to left eg. Spare bin bags. Advertised with British TV however I couldn’t find anything other than BBC news (May have been me). Better instructions on how to work TV channels.

The house is well located, 15 minutes to the beaches around Alcudia and Pollenca. The pool area and garden is very nice as described, as well as the terrace where we prepared breakfast. very nice morning time.The entrance to the house is well described and easy to get.We were 2 families, 6 persons, enough space, 3 rooms (1 double) and 2 bathrooms. Nice kitchen, well equipped, not too much amenities.Outside photos are as described, bathrooms are renovated but bedrooms should be renovated because there are smells of mold, this couldn't be seen in the photos.Domestic animals and mosquitoes are your neighbors, so be prepared.

Comfortable Villa with very large garden and pool in a quiet setting for those who like rustical amb

Excellent quick response and action service via Whatsapp and telephone, when we had any problems, this being a very important issue bearing in mind the electrical issues described below. We had several electrical problems, related perhaps to overload caused by the Villa heaters when running the dish washer during a cold wet unseasonable March weather situation causing fuse box outings. The internet service was slow but reliable for 10 days until the last day of departure. We reported the loss of internet on checking out but do not know if this was weather relatednot.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön, der Pool war noch sehr kalt für März, aber wir haben ihn trotzdem genutzt. Angenehm is zwei Badezimmer zu haben. Die Zimmer sind schön und es ist sehr ruhig.

Grundsätzlich gut, ein paar Ausstattungen sind nicht ideal (Regedusche: Türe schliesst nicht dicht, Wasser läuft aus beim duschen). Für die Bettdecken waren keine Überzüge vorhanden, wir haben uns mit Laken der überzähligen Betten ausgeholfen.

Die Finca ist einfach toll, man fühlt sich direkt wie zuhause. Sehr ruhig und alles ist sauber. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und man hat alles was man braucht. Der Pool ist auch sehr groß. Gerne kommen wir wieder :)

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Passend für größere Familie oder 3 Paare. Bei allen kleineren Problemen bekamen wir schnell Hilfe. Schöner, großer Pool, der Mitte der Woche noch zusätzlich gereinigt wurde. Tierische Nachbarn, die uns aber nicht gestört haben. ,-)

Nos gustó mucho la casa, y en particular la chimenea porque era el invierno (también puedes cocinar con la chimenea si quieres porque hay un horno encima, hicimos pizzas y era muy chulo). Las habitaciones son bonitas, todo funciona bien, el jardín tiene espacio, la terraza esta muy agradable, hay lo que necesitas en la cocina... Lo único que no me gustó fue el sonido de los cables eléctricos cuando estas en el jardín

Das Haus hat viel Potenzial leider wird dieses nicht genutzt. Den ersten Tag hatten wir kein Wasser. Den zweiten Tag konnten wir das Grundstück nicht verlassen, weil das Tor nicht aufging und wir nicht mit dem Auto rausfahren konnten. Wir haben die Notfallnummer gewählt jedoch ging dort niemand dran. Im Haus selber wird nichts zur Verfügung gestellt das heißt kein Öl, kein Spülmittel und auch kein Holz (um nur einiges zu nennen) für den großen Grill draußen oder den Kamin drinnen. Ein kurzer Aufenthalt lohnt sich daher nicht, da man alles zunächst von Grund auf ausstatten muss . Das Haus riecht stark nach Feuchtigkeit und die Fenster sind stark von der Feuchtigkeit beschlagen. Alleine deswegen sollte für den Kamin Holz vorhanden sein, um das Haus aufheizen zu können. Wenn mehrerer Geräte benutzt werden fliegt die Sicherung sofort raus, dadurch ist es eher schwierig größere Mahlzeiten zu kochen. Der Außenbereich ist schön und groß. Insgesamt kann ich die Unterkunft aber nicht empfehlen

Die Finca ist sehr schön und hat sehr moderne Bäder. An Ausstattung alles war alles was unserer Meinung nach notwendig ist vorhanden. Klimaanlagen sind nur in den Schlafzimmern montiert. Es wurde alles sehr sauber und mit neuwertigen Handtüchern übergeben. Der Garten und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Schön wäre eine vorherige Info, wenn die Garten- und Poolpflege durchgeführt wird. Da der nicht aktive Brunnen viele Mücken anzieht (nicht mal die ansässigen Frösche können alle Mücken auffressen) würden wir diesen im Sinne der Gäste trocken legen.

Wunderschöne Finca in ruhiger Lage

Die Finca bietet alles was man im Urlaub braucht. Wir kommen seit 2015 und fühlen uns stets wie zuhause. Deutsches Fernsehen und schnelles Internet sind vorhanden, die Badezimmer wurden Anfang des Jahres vollständig modernisiert, in einem gibt es sogar eine Multifunktionskabine mit Dampfbad. Die Wasserversorgung ist durch einen Tiefbrunnen und ein großes Wasserreservoir gesichert, der große Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Man hat dort seine absolute Ruhe, ist jedoch mit Auto in wenigen Minuten in Pollensa oder Alcudia. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen... Sofaecke im Wohnzimmer ist recht durchgesessen

Die Lage und die nicht einsehbare Gestaltung des Gartens mit Pool ‍️ Das Mobiliar im Wohnraum (Couch) ist in die Jahre gekommen und sollte mal erneuert werden.

Como en casa! Muy confortable!!

Hemos estado muy a gusto. La casa tiene todas la comodidades. En la cocina había todo lo necesario para cocinar. Los baños nuevos y reformados. Calefacción en todas las estancias. Y una increíble barbacoa para hacer carne y verduras a la parrilla. Yo añadiría un extra de cubiertos porque si poníamos un lavavajillas no teníamos suficientes para 4 personas.
