The Apartment ‘Mar Esmeralda’, is in a private complex of appartments with communal gardens and direct access to the sandy beach of Puerto Alcudia in its widest area.

The flat is distributed in a living room and kitchen on a higher level and all in the same space, all with access to the terrace overlooking the sea and the beach partially.

It has two bedrooms with a double bed and optionally with two separate beds.

Complete bathroom with ample shower.
