Nice place to be for a week or plus

Well distributed apartments close to the shore. Clean and simple. I just regret that I did not found salt, oil or pepper or sponge in the kitchen … but the owner wall helpfull. Easy to park the car and great swimming pool with nobody around ( I rented the flat 5 days from 9 to 14 of October). Great pleasure with the beaches around ( San pepe or San Juan )!

The apartment was not quite as luxurious as we expected from the photos (and price) plus, the pool, which is overlooked by some untidy-looking locals' properties, needs the green mould removing from around the edges and a new coat of paint all over. But the location is good, in a relatively quiet area, only a 10 to 15 minute walk from the beach and less to bars and restaurants. Some noise from local hotel music, but always over by 23.00.The kitchen is fairly well equipped with an excellent fridge and freezer (though no egg cups, or wine glass!) and the double bed is comfortable, though pillows not the best. Plenty of hot water. Air conditioning in living-room and double bedroom works well. Parking not a problem (in October). Some maintenance issues: Front door is hard to open, as it jams on the floor. The shower screen needs refurbishment or replacement. The drying rack was broken but usable, with care (would have liked a bigger one). Kitchen tap rusty. The TV (not smart) had speaker buzz. The lack of sound insulation was not a big problem, as the people below were mostly very quiet.

Nice apartment if you have a car

Nice apartment, good beds. Nice to have a bbq and even diffuser blow-dryer. Very little utensils, kitchen scarce. We liked the beach parasols and chairs, very practical. You will need a car, because it is not close to the city centre or supermarkets. The bathroom wasn't very clean, neither were the floors upon arrival, but nothing that was too bad to handle. The amount of towels is nice. Washing machine is old and the dirty water isn't properly tucked away through houses to sewage, but put in a tub next to the machine, so be very sure to not do a hand-wash at the same time with the drain closed off, because then the kitchen will flood, she said having experienced it herself. Overall, good enough, nice pool, though quite expensive in June

Toller. Ort für Familien mit kleinen Kindern.
