The fabulous and cozy vacation home "Aurore" for 4 people is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, just a few minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Can Picafort. Right at the entrance of the house there is a furnished terrace for a pleasant breakfast or dinner outdoors.



The house is very bright, it has a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living-dining room. The 3 bedrooms, all with double beds, and the two bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub, are located on the ground floor.

Both the three bedrooms and the living-dining room are equipped with air conditioning.

On the upper floor there is a large terrace in the attic, equipped with two sun loungers to sunbathe and relax. The house has a portable grill for lunches and dinners with family and friends.

The house is very close to all local facilities and beach but is still quiet and relaxing. The kitchen has everything you need and more and the roof top is lovely. We would definitely stay again .

Super clean, well-equipped, and everything worked perfectly. Parking was usually available right in front of the house. Quiet area but still close to the sea and the city. Highly recommend—if I come back to Mallorca, I’d stay here again without a doubt.

Great house!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very nice. Clean and well equipped and comfortable. The roof terrace proved an excellent sun trap and you can walk straight down to the beach in a matter of moments. We would happily stay here again.

Lovely basic accommodation in a local traditional neighbourhood close to amenities

Loved the local feel. Great easy and close to bars, shops, beach and supermarket. Could do with some wine and beer glasses. Also 2 more loungers for the roof top terrace.

In a quiet and Nice area. Close to the Beach, restaurants, supermarkets and other infrastructure. It very good and easy communication with the landlord and the apartment had all necessities for a nice stay. Very recommendable

A very pleasant stay in a very pleasant resort.

Lovely local neighbourhood location. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach front, bars, restaurants and shops. Large supermarket just a few minutes walk. As a group of 4 from the uk we could have done with more larger Coffee and tea mugs. It would have been nice to also have some wine glasses as well as the small tumblers. It was nice to be able to lie on the rooftop terrace but there were only 2 loungers.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut gelegen, auch sehr gut ausgestattet und ist sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Alle wichtigen Dinge sind für einen Urlaub vorhanden. Die Übergabe des Hauses lief komplett einfach, durch eine Schlüsselbox am Eingang. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans la maison.

L’emplacement est idéal à proximité de la plage, des commerces et des restaurants. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut accessible à pied. La maison est très propre, équipée avec ce qu’il faut. Nous avons apprécié la cour aménagée devant pour prendre les repas, même si la rue est un peu bruyante. A noter qu’il est très facile de se garer gratuitement devant la maison.

Meget nemt at bo i, veludstyret køkken og med lidt strandudstyr i vaskerummet

Dejligt. Aircondition i alle rum var et kæmpe plus, især om natten. Savnede nok en lidt mere privat tagterrasse, men ikke noget stort problem. Lidt livlig beliggenhed, men det blev afspejlet i prisen. Meget fint. Vi var glade hele vejen!

En general está muy bien equipado, muy buena localización y fácil aparcamiento. Un barrio muy tranquilo. Gracias por las galletas y bebidas de recibimiento Dejaría algo más de papel higiénico y algún juego de toallas más. Cuidado con las arañas y telas de arañas. Había una tela grande detrás del TV y algunas arañas pequeñas en los rincones.

Familienfreundliche Unterkunft

Familienfreundlich, nahe zum Strand, allgemein gute Lage. Esstisch und Stühle aus Plastik im Gartenbereich sind in die Jahre gekommen (wackeliger Tisch / gebrochene Rückenlehne) und sollten ausgetauscht werden. Essteller sind zum Teil kaputt.

Bella posizione in un quartiere tranquillo

L'alloggio è in una bella posizione a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, vicino a tanti negozi, ristoranti e supermercati raggiungibili a piedi. L'alloggio risponde alle foto pubblicate, è grande con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni ben attrezzati, 2 terrazze una al primo piano con tavolo e sedie e una al piano superiore con ombrellone e lettini per prendere il sole. La zona è molto tranquilla ed è possibile parcheggiare davanti l'appartamento o in altre zone vicine sempre gratuitamente. Abbiamo apprezzato il kit di benvenuto e soprattutto la torta (buonissima!). In generale il feedback è stato positivo e la consigliamo. Per chi vuole girare l'isola è consigliabile noleggiare un'auto con cui spostarsi ed arrivare anche nella capitale e nelle tante calette, località e spiagge che circondono tutta l'isola.

Sehr schönes Haus

Können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Objekt besitz zwei Badezimmer mit Dusche entgegen der Beschreibung. Liegt zwar als Eckhaus an der Straße mit stellenweise regen Durchgangsverkehr für uns nicht störend. Lage zum Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr gut. Werden es wieder mieten.
