This is our family vacation home that we use to make memories, and enjoy everything Cape Cod has to offer. Our goal is to offer the opportunity to do the same for our guests, while providing the best experience possible.

The home is located in a beautiful, quiet, family-friendly cul-de-sac, perfect for morning walks. Enjoy the quiet setting of beautiful Harwich Port, within minutes to many attractions of mid-Cape Cod. It’s less than 1 mile to Red River beach (2 min drive, 15 min walk), and 1 mile to Harwich Port center (3 min drive), complete w/ coffee shops, shopping, and ocean-view restaurants etc. The house is also 1.6 miles to Wychmere Beach Club (4 minute drive), 5 miles to Chatham center (10 minute drive), and 1 mile to Freedom Ferry Cruise Line, which offers a seasonal ferry to Nantucket Island. About Red River Beach: Located along the Nantucket Sound, it offers a long, wide stretch of sand and is filled with beautiful seashells to collect. The water is gentle, making it ideal for those who want to lounge in the water, or families with children who like to swim. It’s also a great spot for boogie boarding and other water activities, and has a canoe and kayak boat launch.

The home has been recently renovated top to bottom, with tasteful finishes and designer touches. The house features a spacious floor plan with a brand-new kitchen (completed in spring 2023), which is open to the living area. The beautiful dining room off the kitchen seats up to 8. In the evening and on rainy days, you and your guests can relax in the separate family/tv room with a 70-inch smart TV. Dine al fresco on the large deck, and enjoy the outdoor cedar shower after a day at the beach. Beach towels and other laundry items can be washed in the new washer and dryer in the basement. If you want to get a workout in, feel free to use the fitness space in the basement, complete with an Echelon spin bike, free weights, and a TRX suspension trainer. If you can't pull away from the office completely, the corner office space located in the 2nd floor bedroom offers a 24" flat-panel monitor, wireless mouse, and wireless keyboard. We provide linens, bath towels, beach chairs and beach toys. The house is equipped with many family-friendly items, including a pack n’play with mattress, a baby tub, a highchair, and toddler friendly dishes. The home sleeps up to 8 comfortably with 1 bedroom/bath on the main floor and 2 bedrooms / 1 full bath on the second floor.
