The Space:
This amazing vacation home, located right next to Bank Street Beach in Harwich Port, offers guests a perfect combination of luxury, comfort, space, and location. Walk a 1-2 minutes down the street to beautiful Bank Street Beach. You could also walk in less than 5 minutes in the other direction to Main Street, where you will find a variety of great restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. Inside our home, you will find a bright and open living space, including kitchen, dining room, and living area. The kitchen features white stone countertops, island seating and some of the best appliances on the market, including a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf oven and range, and a Sharp microwave oven drawer. A long dining table provides plenty of room to share meals together, and we have another dining set in the living room, along with a comfortable blue sectional couch that points to the wall-mounted flat screen TV. Our newly furnished sunroom is amazing on summer days and nights, as you can relax with a meal, drink, or a good book and enjoy the sweet ocean breeze. Our large private stone patio is perfect for gatherings of family and friends, and you will love the built-in fire pit! There are five bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, which comfortably house fourteen guests. Other amenities include central A/C, cable TV/smart TV, WiFi, washer/dryer, outdoor shower, gas grill, and sheets and towels provided for each guest. Our family had a wonderful time staying in this house. The location was exceptional - 3 minutes walking to the beach and 3 minutes walking to town. Harwich Port is such a family friendly location with beautiful beaches and a great town. Our family would absolutely rent this home again!

We enjoyed our stay in this clean and comfortable home with lots of space to enjoy. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. Location was also wonderful - in a lovely neighborhood but walking distance to shops, restaurants, and coffee!

Beautiful, comfortable family home

This is a beautiful home, very clean & well stocked, with comfy beds and plenty of space for the family to hang out, cook, eat, play games, etc. It’s just a 2 minute walk to the beach, too, which was really lovely even in the cool weather.

Unbeatable summer stay

Our group of nine adults and one infant stayed here for a week in August. We love the Harwich Port area and I cannot imagine a better rental. Proximity to both the beach and town were ideal. We hosted big dinners indoors and outdoors and had ample space. Kitchen was very well stocked. We cannot wait to rent again next year!

Perfect spot for a large group. We had a bunch of kids with us and loved the bunk room and proximity to the beach. House was recently renovated top to bottom and professionally decorated. Couldn’t have been more comfortable. Highly recommended!

Absolutely beautiful home

Everything about this home was perfect for our family reunion stay. We had two families with teens and young adult children and had plenty of room to spend time together and apart. We loved cooking together in the kitchen, spending evenings together out by the firepit, and enjoying movies in the comfortable family room. Perfect locationi with both the beach and downtown so close. We loved it!

Absolutely Perfect

The house was absolutely perfect! We had 8 of us staying and everyone had a great room, plenty of bathrooms, plenty of different places to hang out - we all didn't have to be in one room. The kitchen was fabulous for cooking and family meal preparation. The house is a 3 min walk to a wonderful beach. We loved every minute of our stay! The management group were absolutely WOW on service.

Lovely home, beautiful from top to bottom and well equipped for cooking and relaxing. Easy walk to beautiful beach and charming cape town. Only criticism is there was no soap in shower, at this high end/high price point seems like there should be some nice soap/wash to complete luxury experience. Overall great weekend.

Perfect House. Perfect Location.

We knew the house was beautiful from the pictures - but it is even better in real life. A minute walk to the beach. A minute walk to a gorgeous downtown. Amazing backyard with a fire pit. And everything you need in the house. The property managers answered all my questions immediately and when I have a few (very minor issues) someone was there to help immediately. We plan on coming back next year!

Wonderful home with perfect location

This home is absolutely wonderful. The kitchen is big enough to accommodate cooking and seating for a large party. The location couldn't have been better. You are moments away from the beach. The reason this is not a 5 star review is that the internet did not work when we first got there and it took over 24 hours before they fixed the problem. This meant the TV didn't have any reception. In trying to get the TV to work we discovered that the problem was that the internet bill had not been paid! Other than this this the home is wonderful.

Nice place. Bad management

Home is lovely. Property is spacious and clean - as described and as seen in photos. The unfortunate thing was dealing with Del Mar. There was no one staying the property after us yet they would not allow for a 2 hour extension in our check out time to accommodate a work zoom. The cleaners weren't event coming that day. they were just rude and difficult. You also get a different person every time you send a message. there is no consistency and im pretty sure none of them are American. What really pissed me off was an item I forgot - again no one in the house for days after us and no cleaners, yet they could not let me in to relieve my item. And conveniently it was never found by the cleaners - probably because I was communicating with someone different each time, they were not understanding me and did not relay the message. This really ruined the whole experience for me.

I hear how frustrating it was to feel like communication around your late checkout and lost item wasn’t handled the way you’d hoped, and I understand how that affected your overall experience. I truly regret that we weren’t able to offer a later checkout. Because the calendar is always open and homes can be booked at any time, I need to make sure there's enough time for a full cleaning between reservations — even if there’s not a booking at that exact moment. I also want to clarify that my guest services team is made up of Cape Cod-based professionals who are trained to support guests seven days a week. Since our team members rotate schedules, it’s possible you interacted with more than one person — but I always strive to ensure everyone is aligned and responsive. I'm sorry we weren't able to locate your lost item and that our efforts there fell short for you. That said, I’m truly glad the home itself made a strong impression. With central A/C, an upgraded chef’s kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and a stunning patio with a fire pit, this property offers the best of Harwich Port living. Our stay in March 2026 was great. This home is among the best stocked properties that we have visited. The kitchen has cooking, eating and amenities to serve our family well which we really value and appreciate.The home is also well kept and spacious. Our three grandsons loved the bunkbed room! We had 12 guests with 4 toddlers but did not feel crowded. Escape to the sun room off the living for peace and quiet with windows all around.It was still chilly during the visit but we were able to visit the beach in less than 5 minutes and pick up coffee, latte, tea or hot chocolate on our way back to the house.The access code was delivered as soon the cleaning team was ready (before the published time) and was simple to manage. Departing was just as easy with directions to remove the trash and clean the dishes (or turn on the dishwasher).As a heads up, this property is professionally managed and we booked through VRBO. My communication at the start went via VRBO but once confirmed, I downloaded the property's app which worked perfectly. Even to the point that we departed early due to a change in our schedule which we alerted the owner by text and had confirmation within minutes. We also had a call asking how the stay went and thanking us for the booking.We would readily visit this property again!

Family Wedding

Perfect getaway for a family wedding at the Wychmere Beach Club which was a couple min. ride down the road. Beautiful Bank street beach was a short walk away to watch the sunset. Town was a short stroll down the road which worked well because you can park the car in the driveway and walk everywhere. We will return.

Surprisingly versatile blending Cape feel with Modern Convenience

From the curbside, you might not appreciate the joy of this house- it looks like a classic Cape, but the additions and renovations out back really create so many versatile spaces that makes this a super-gracious home. The home has really comfortable small spaces in the front of the house for intimate conversations, for entertaining a couple friends or for reading in a sunroom (or for practicing your toast for a rehearsal dinner..lol). The back of the home has large rooms to easily entertain and feed a bigger crowd. We used the back patio of lunches and gatherings too. The bedrooms are super comfortable too - including a fun bunkroom for kids. If we return to the Cape, my wife and I will rent this house again.

Bridal Party Weekend Stay
