The house its self perfect. Love the sliding glass and the beautiful deck. But its advertised as if the doc is functional. Disappointed about it but out of the owners and anyone's control

I loved that I was able to take my dogs with me! The hot tub was nice, especially since it is getting colder at night. Everything was clean. The only thing that I didn't like, and it's on me, is that we came in October and I didn't look at lake levels; we were unable to get to the lake without being covered in mud, but we did find a launch area where we took the dogs to swim. We are thinking about coming back in the summertime because I don't think that would be an issue at all. Overall, it was a great experience and I am looking forward to our next stay!

Perfect lake getaway!

We had a wonderful time staying here! Easy access to a ramp for the boat and peaceful dock/cove swimming too! Also, wonderful surprise of the hot tub for cool evenings. House is the perfect size and with great views to boot.

This is the absolute perfect getaway for a couple. The owners of the VRBO go above and beyond with making sure that your stay is perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better extended holiday weekend or for better hosts. I would give it 10 stars out of five if I could.

We enjoyed the property. My sister and nephew played in the water and the view was beautiful. The amenities were great and the decor was so cute!

Simple, nicely decorated small place to stay. Enjoyed the peace and quiet. Great place to unwind and leave the craziness behind. Only downside is the parking, but doable.

Douglas lake was neat.

When looking up the cabins in Tennessee , this is what came up sorry to say it wasn't a cabin when i got there. Was disappointed, there was a few dishes not clean had to wash before used them. All in all the place was nice and cozy anyway. Had a great time visiting my family and friends for the holiday.

LOVED EVERYTHING!!!!!!

Don't let the small size fool you! This rental is packed with charm, comfort and a calming atmosphere! You can see the amount of detail that has gone into the place as you walk to the front door. Clean landscape with hostas lined the lighted walkway. Inside you find the most creative "Lake Life" decor throughout the place. Rustic farmhouse intertwined with classic navy and white decor. From the curtain ties, plates and bowls, bedding, and down to the salt and pepper shakers-Jama has clearly put very much thought to guarantee a charming and relaxing stay. Knowing I was arriving with four boys, she was thoughtful to include extra towels and beach towels. The double dock was plenty big enough to jump and swim. We especially enjoyed the swimming pad and kayaks! I would definitely recommend staying here. We also rented a boat about 12 mins down the road into Dandridge. Gay St. and Main St in Dandridge is worth exploring as well. I can't say enough how adorable and easy the whole experience was!

We picked this property strictly because of the covered dock that was advertised as we were bringing our own boat and would have a place to keep it in the water during our stay. Before we arrived, we were informed by the host that we would have full access to the dock. When we arrived to the property, we discovered the host’s boat was occupying the covered slip. Therefore we did NOT have full access to the dock, so the dock was useless for our needs. When we expressed our concerns, no solution or compromise was offered concerning the dock situation. We were very disappointed. The house was clean, thoughtfully decorated and updated. There were upscale linens and dishes, etc. It’s a nice place to stay as long as you don’t need a boat dock.
