**The living room TV and main room TV are smart TVs that will connect to any streaming service. There is no cable at this property.

** Home is walking distance to a convenience store and plenty of top notch bars and restaurants!

Other than the locked cleaning/ supply closet located in the kitchen, guests will have access to the entire home.

Please note that this is a historic neighborhood and many of the houses do not have driveways. STREET PARKING ONLY

? ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING

No smoking inside the home! This includes pot.?If you smoke, we just ask that you be respectful and do so outside. Please dispose of butts in the provided ashtray for your convenience. Any evidence of smoke inside the home results in a $300 FEE.

? PETS

We just love furbabies but we ask that you please pick up after your dog outside in high traffic areas and do not allow pets on furniture. We provide extra sheets and towels for dogs that you can use to cover the furniture if needed.
There is a pet fee. Please add your pet in the reservation. If you fail to add your pet to the reservation and bring them anyway, you will be charged a $150 fee.
**We allow no more than 2 pets per booking.

? NO PARTIES

No additional overnight guests that are not on the booking. We have on site security. If you are throwing a party, we will call the cops. You will be asked to leave immediately and will not be given a refund.

LONG TERM STAYS

Reservations over a month long will be charged an additional deep cleaning fee.

? PARTIES IN THE HOME WILL RESULT IN A $600 FEE AND ANY DAMAGE WILL BE CHARGED AT COST OF REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT. SMOKING INSIDE THE HOME RESULTS IN A $300 FEE.

Please respect the home as if it were yours. We work hard to provide clean and comfortable accommodations and amenities for our guests. Damage to property or furnishings will be charged at cost of repair or replacement.
