Backyard is fenced in. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Near the Mercedes Benz Stadium, downtown ATL, State Farm Arena, Midtown, Grove Park, GA tech, & the Beltline.
Close to restaurants, bars & Marta! Only 1.5 to MIDTOWN!

The space:
The home has an open floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has been newly renovated. Some of the furniture may differ from the photos as things get changed around. Inflatable mattresses can be available upon request for parties with more than 6 guests. No parties allowed and no smoking. A $500.00 charge will be imposed if there are traces of smoke, cigarettes, hookah. A valid photo ID will be required before check-in or no code will be provided and no refund. Same day / last minute bookings can require later check-in.

Guest access:
The entire house. Please make sure accurate guest count is listed, there are additional fees, per guest, per night, after the 3rd guest. Last minute bookings can require a different check-in as the host needs to make sure home is ready. Check-in times will vary for last minute same day bookings.
Other things to note:
Valid photo ID is needed before check-in.

This home allows booking for filming TV shows etc, which will require additional fees depending on the production and what it entails.

We also do allow special gatherings that must be approved prior to booking and an additional fee will be charged depending on the gathering/event.

Please  make sure your request includes the total guest count that will be on the property as there are additional fees, per guest, per night after the 3rd guest. A $45.00 guest fee per guest, per night will be imposed for each additional guest on the property. If guests are untruthful about guests there will be an additional $200.00 fee for violation of this policy. All guests on the property must be accounted for. No exceptions. The home is equipped with cameras outside the house of the home. Placed for safety.
