Beautiful home steps from the lake, Mountain View’s
Charming three bedroom two bath, just steps from Cooney Reservoir. Totally redone with rustic western Decour. A 40 x 12 patio overlooks reservoir with spectacular Mountain View beyond. With large dining table, loungers, rocking chairs and a fire pit. Also has area for horseshoes or cornhole. The fully stocked Kitchen has all stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, Large fridge, gas range/oven,microwave and netespresso machine. The open floor plan in the kitchen/living area includes a Dining table as well as bar seating in the kitchen and a fireplace, game tables and one of a kind cider and burle wood furniture, two sofa( one is a futon)and a large smart TV. There is a washer and dryer in the home as well. The front deck has a barbecue and and additional dining table with chairs. The master bedroom post to king size bed en suite bathroom and spectacular views of the water. On the far end of the home is another bedroom with a queen bed in the final bedroom has two single beds. All situated on 14 private acres adjoining the Cooney State Park.. You’re only 20 minutes from red Lodge Montana which is the northern gateway to Yellowstone park and the one of a kind Beartooth highway. You can sit on the deck and enjoy the Beautiful night sky or depending upon the season watch people ski down Red Lodge mountain or people enjoying the lake. Additional RV parking available for a fee. Bring all your toys and enjoy.
