About this property

Modern Farm Style Home With Lots of Space - Extra Rooms Available

Freshly remodeled home with lots of room indoors and outdoors. 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, large driveway, and a big yard. About 45 minutes from the Teton mountains, about an hour from West Yellowstone, and 20 minutes from Yellowstone's Bear World. Multiple golf courses within a 15 mile radius. 12 minutes outside of Idaho Falls, and 15 minutes outside of Rexburg. A quiet getaway within reasonable distances to national attractions.
The space
Lots of parking for multiple cars, trailers, and an easy driveway. New remodel, with new furniture. Quick access to the Snake River, Teton mountains, and even Yellowstone.
Guest access
The entire upstairs, front yard, and backyard is usable. The garage is currently unavailable, but additional space is available downstairs.

Update - If you have a larger party or just want more room with beds, there is a new remodelled space available for an additional charge. If you're interested, please reach out for more details. See "Event Space" photos for the additional area. If interested, please send me a message prior to booking. This additional space will add 2 queen beds, and 1 king bed, another bathroom. The total occupant will be 16 people with 4 bedrooms, 2 king size beds, 3 queen beds, plus several air mattresses.

Loved our stay here! Everything was super clean! The kids loved being able to run around the large yard. We loved that there was a feel of being out in the country, but yet it was 5 minutes to get to anywhere we needed to go. Definitely recommend!

Family Reunion

6 adults stayed at this property because of its close location to a reunion at a campground. It was clean and easy to find. There are enough beds to sleep 4 people. They also have some air mattresses that you can use. Would stay there again.

Great Property

This was our second trip to this location and we absolutely love it! Upon mentioning after the first trip that one of the beds had a board broken on the frame and thus made a squeaking noise, Skyler quickly responded and it was replaced. We would highly recommend this property!

Quiet place with everything we needed

Perfect short stay for us and our furry friend. Skyler was very quick to respond to messages. If I had to recommend anything more would be a sleeper sofa for 1-2 more guests. But we enjoyed our stay and will be back next month!

This worked well for our family. Very clean well kept property. Beds for 4 and then couches or air mattresses for 2 more. Wish there was some extra twin bedding for those. Loved the washer and dryer in home convenience.

Great place. Cozy and comfortable. My only suggestion is bring your own mugs if you have a family that likes hot chocolate! Although the kitchen was well stocked, it only had a few mugs.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The king bed was very comfortable, and my husband got the brand of the pillows because they were perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed. The road in front of the house is busy, so be careful with your pets, since the property is not fully fenced. Nice place.

Wonderful White Country Christmas!

The place was perfect for our family of 8 adults to gather and eat, play games and have fun together. We were actually able to prepare a full Christmas dinner for 8 adults in the kitchen! The place was clean, well stocked and the beds and pillows were terrific! Only 4 adults slept there at night, but there was plenty of room and air mattresses for more if needed. The washer, dryer, kitchen appliances were new and great. We will definitely be staying here in the future and recommending to all who visit children at BYU-I!

Nice quiet neighborhood.

Came to visit our grandsons with our 2 little dogs. Nice quiet home. It is in country be careful with your small animals due to wildlife that could be around. We would stay again. Just side note for anyone that uses a hair dryer there isnt one here or if there was i totally overlooked it but that was nit a big deal.
