We use nearly every time we take a trip and this experience was the best so far. The house met all our needs - clean, cozy, perfectly priced and excellently located. Communication with the host was top-notch; all my concerns before embarking were addressed quickly. We felt like the host actually cared about us and our overall well-being.

Overall, the quality of all the amenities were very low. Very low quality bedding, mattresses, pillows, towels and toilet paper. All dishes, glasses and utensils mismatched. Very dusty, dangerous rug with curling sides in the basement. Plug receptacles did not hold plugs in. Very dated and uncomfortable furniture in the living room. Host was very accommodating to get us in one hour earlier than check-in so we could put our things in before going to our Cleveland event.

It’s interesting that our other reviews are appreciative of the house by other guests . We went out of our way to fulfill an early check in that this guests threw at us last minute . We don’t claim to be the Hilton on park ave . This is a normal house , in a normal quiet neighborhood in Parma . It’s cheap for what you get . Any decent hotel room is $200.00 . We offer a 4 bedroom house for about that price . Please check our reviews that most guests that get it appreciates . Thank you 🙏

Good place to stay

Really decent place to stay. Its an older home that had some cute furniture and features but also had some areas that looked a little dated but over all me and my family felt safe and clean and thats the main thing. Area seemed basically calm and quiet.

Sibling reunion

We had a very relaxed and fun time in the Cleveland area. Our home in Parma made it easy for all of us to enjoy each others company and meals and movies together. It was also conveniently located for all the places we wanted to visit.

We were in town for a concert. The property was very convenient to the arena in a good neighborhood. The neighbors were friendly! Lots of room in the house. The beds were comfortable.

Great Experience

Great place to rent and neighbors were friendly. Manager was very nice and understanding with any issues or requests that I might have had. In general the whole community of Parma was very welcoming and friendly. Will rent again when traveling in the future.
