Please note that each home has anywhere from 3 - 15 security cameras covering the outside areas of the property only. These are to remain on and running at all times, solely to to be used for security purposes and ensure the safety of the property and traveler. Security cameras can be located on all angles of the exterior property, including pool & common areas.



Additionally, we do equip each of our homes with a noise level monitoring device This is to remain active to monitor the decibel / sound levels only, to protect against noise complaints from neighbors. It does not record any conversations, simply noise levels.



Lastly, we have a device connected to each home, that will alert to the number of devices at the home, to combat any large gatherings and/or parties.



Note, all aforementioned data, is not stored, and/or deleted when no longer needed.

Amazing Group Stay

We had a lovely stay at this house. It was perfect for a large group for a bachelorette party. The house was incredible, there was more than enough space, everything was in pristine condition when we walked in. The pool and backyard area was great to hang out during the day and have dinner at night. Can't say enough good things would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming with a group!

We absolutely loved our stay! The management team communicates with you really well and they were very accommodating with us to let us check in significantly early in order to decorate for a bachelorette party. The property, including the pool was extremely clean and the place was just beautiful. If we’re ever back in Miami with a large group would definitely stay again!

Villa Crest - Beautiful home!

Our stay at Villa Crest could not have been more enjoyable. Both Matt and J were lovely and extremely accommodating. We rented this beautiful 7-bedroom home for our daughter’s graduation weekend from the University of Miami, and it was the perfect place for our extended family to gather and celebrate. The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable—truly felt like a home away from home. We especially loved spending time together around the pool, sharing meals, and creating special memories. What made the experience even more special was the host’s incredible hospitality—helping us hire a private chef for a memorable graduation dinner and arranging a stunning custom cake designed with the University of Miami theme.
