This home sits 2 minutes to the 18 hole par 72 golf course, 10 minutes to quaint downtown Meridian with great restaurants and explore old town. Is shopping your thing? The village is your place for shopping, movies and great restaurants as well as outdoor play areas, ice skating and live music. Oh but wait, there is more. The vibrant city of Boise is 15 minutes to the east and if skiing is on your agenda Bogus Basin Ski Resort is 16 miles up the hill and offers both day and night skiing. If that was not enough and you still have energy one of the best water parks in the west is just 10 minutes from your front door and also includes an amusement center with bumper boats, minature golf, laser tag and more.

Wowza!

The house was gorgeous and spacious. I couldn't think of one thing I needed that this house didnt have. From a wine fridge to a jacuzzi, and everything in between like a game room, and office space, wifi extenders, counter space, and elegant decor. Just as advertised. Looking forward to booking another stay.

Nice home

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable, sheets clean and smell good. Hot tub was low on water but overall it was usable. Pudding snacks were a few months expired. Overall it was a good place to relax for the weekend.

Extremely Satisfied!!

My daughters and I planned a spring break trip to the Boise area. We wanted to stay in a home instead of a hotel so we booked this home on VRBO and we were extremely satisfied. The home is very comfortable, clean, and offered exactly what we needed! The hot tub was a nice perk and my daughters enjoyed the “Deal or No Deal” emmensly. We plan to stay again in the near future!

Beautiful large property

This place was just perfect and great value for the money. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, there were enough towels, sheets, pillows et al. The house was clean and cozy, overall a great stay

Spring break and PBR!

Super clean, comfortable, homey, and warm. We enjoyed our spring break and were close to many amenities we took advantage of. Leigh and her son were super helpful and on the spot she. Needed. Would stay here again.

So...I am not a Boise native but I have been here since 1984 so I would think that technically I could be considered an Idahoan. I bought this home in 2001 and raised my family here so there are a lot of memories that go with this home. I hope that you will make new memories here that you can cherish for years to come as we have. The tree in the middle of the back yard that is like 40 feet high now, was bought for me by my son for mothers day when he was about 12. He is now 34 years old so that tree has seen some activity in that yard.

Why they chose this property

This is such a cool property as it is set up so that you have a couple different living spaces including an office if you are one that must work on the road. The front courtyard is fantastic for that morning coffee or evening glass of wine, while the back patio allows for entertaining space, hot tub fun and always the mischevious squirrels that provide great entertainment every morning. The mature landscaping gives you a true private park like experience while providing nice cool shade on those warm evenings. The game room provides for some fun rivalry from Monopoly to cards, Uno and the ever popular Deal or No Deal Video Terminal with unlimited credits for hours of fun.

What makes this property unique

NW Meridian has the unique benefit of being the true central core of the Treasure Valley. While downtown Meridian and the Village are each 10 minutes away, you also have great access to Eagle with its upscale dining, foothill hiking and Boise River access. If that is not enough you are 15 minutes to downtown Boise with 100's of restaurants, boutiques and just plain city vibrance. Our greenbelt is 26 miles and you can jump on in a ton of locations and it travels under the bridges so you are not challenging traffic. Downtown also offers great culture with concerts, plays, the philharmonic, opera Idaho, Steelheads hockey, BSU sports, Shakespeare and more.
