We loved this sweet little house. The decor is so retro and it was a great location - 15 minutes to everywhere we needed to go. Grocery store and breakfast place within walking distance. The house was spotless and very comfortable. We will stay here again!

Great Property!

Great home in a great location! The owner was super responsive and accommodating to some changes we needed to make at the last minute. The place was super clean and was as described and pictured. We will definitely try to stay here again when we visit!

This lovely home fulfilled all of our needs during our stay late August 2025. It was our families home base while we were busy moving our BSU student into the dorms for his first year of college. It gave us a cool retreat out of the heat & space to unwind after busy days on campus. The home is a close drive to BSU as well as all the other areas to explore and enjoy in the Treasure Valley. We truly enjoyed our stay and would choose to stay here again as well as recommend it to others.

Just as described. Host was great to work with. Lovely property and thoughtful binder on hints and tips for a better stay. Everything clearly labeled on cabinets , etc. We appreciated the stock of staples ( coffee, spices, etc. ) that made the first night / morning so great.

This is an older, well established and quiet neighborhood. We love our neighbors and respect them and they respect The Amber House in return as a good neighbor. Our guests are welcomed and treated well. You can take walks or explore the area - walk to Great Harvest Bakery down the street for a pastry and coffee or scrumptious sandwich for lunch, or grab anything you need at the nearby Grocery Outlet.

What makes this property unique

It's one of the "Good Karma" houses - you'll feel it when you walk in the door. Good folks have lived here and called it home. We plan to share that good karma and make it grow.. Centrally located - easy access to downtown, freeway, all the Boise area attractions are within short distance. Never had pets or smoking inside. :)
