2 Bed/1 Bath daylight basement apartment-perfect for families!
Our place is a large daylight walk-out basement apartment with private entrance. It includes: 2 bedrooms, bathroom, laundry area, kitchen, and family room. We recently updated the finishes and decor. We are excited to meet new people and hope you love it here. We are located in a quiet neighborhood in southwest Lehi. Close to restaurants, theaters, shopping, etc.
It has 2 spacious bedrooms with closets; a bathroom with tub/shower combo and basic toiletries provided (shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc...); laundry area with detergent and dryer sheets provided; and a full kitchen with all dishes, utensils, and pots and pans provided. We also provide coffee, tea, and hot cocoa K-cups for the Keurig machine. The family room has a loveseat, a reclining sofa and a flat screen Roku SMART TV with access to our Amazon Prime and Disney+ accounts. You are welcome to log in to your own screening accounts while you are here, (Netflix, Hulu, etc...) The basement temperature is controlled separately from the rest of the house, so it can be adjusted to your liking. We also have a large backyard with plenty of grass, a trampoline (put away in the winter months), and a playhouse. Our 2 friendly dogs love humans and love to play. They don't love other animals, however, so this is the main reason we do not allow pets. It would not be a quiet experience for anyone.
Private entrance to apartment. You'll have the entire basement to yourselves. (There are a couple of doors to storage areas that are kept locked.) The only space that is shared is the backyard. You will have an outdoor parking spot either on the street or driveway. We have 2 large friendly dogs that live in the backyard where the entrance to the apartment is located. They love to greet and interact with all our guests. They are the main reason we do not allow other pets. They love humans, but don't necessarily love unfamiliar animals. Please communicate with me if you need special accommodations in regards to them.
We have been hosts for about four years. Our apartment is booked nearly 100% of the time. Because of this, prompt check out at or before 11am is imperative so we have adequate time to clean and prepare for our next guests. For this reason also, it is very hard to accomodate early check ins. Remember, check in is anytime after 4! Please communicate with us if you need any special accomodations outside of those times, we'll do our best! Fees may apply for early check ins or late check outs, depending on our cleaning/booking schedule.
