Clean & comfortable ranch-minutes from Spooky Nook and downtown Hamilton
Washer and dryer now available for stays of three nights or more. Whether you are here for business or pleasure, this is your home away from home. The house is perfect for families or small groups and is located just five minutes from the Spooky Nook and Hamilton’s Downtown Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA), with some of the city’s best restaurants, breweries, shops, and attractions. Millikin Woods park is just a few blocks away. Miami University is only 20 minutes away, and it is a convenient drive to Kings Island, the Cincinnati Zoo, and downtown Cincinnati.
The house offers two bedrooms and one bathroom, with a fully-equipped kitchen and a dining room with a table for four, with additional chairs in the closet. One bedroom has an office desk and chair.
The living room includes plenty of seating and a 55-inch smart TV with Netflix. You can also login to your favorite streaming apps.
The private fenced-in back yard includes a covered seating area, space for kids to play, and a fire pit.
The home includes free, off-street parking in the driveway (the garage is not available). House keys will be located in a lock box on the front porch (code will be provided the day before arrival). Two steps are required to enter the first floor of the home. The house is equipped with three outdoor security cameras: #1 front entrance upper right, #2 apex of garage overlooking driveway, #3 backyard entrance upper left.
Dirty towels should be placed in hamper located in the back bedroom before leaving. All trash and recycling should be taken out to the cans (the recycling can is green, trash can is blue) in driveway before leaving. All dirty dishes should be placed in dishwasher. Turn on the dishwasher before leaving.

We are from the Cincinnati/Hamilton area. We know the area very well and spend a lot of time along Main Street at the fun restaurants and shops. We enjoy traveling and stay at a lot of VRBO rentals, so we understand what makes the perfect vacation home. We strive to provide all the amenities needed to make our home feel like your home.
Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood because of its close proximity to the entertainment areas of Main Street, but not too close where you hear all the noise! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, with sidewalks and a park nearby. There are plenty of fast food restaurant options and grocery stores, less than a mile away.
What makes this property unique
Our home is clean, comfortable and full of amenities needed to make everyone feel comfortable. Our private back yard has a covered sitting area and a fire pit.
