The Chipmunk Lodge is situated near the top of the lovely private community of Lake Harmony Estates, Pennsylvania. This newly built 2009 house is a 3 story, nearly 3300 square foot entertainment lodge that has 6 bedrooms, a full loft and 4 full baths, 2 of which are in the 2 Master Suites. This house offers luxurious accommodations and backyard winter views of Big Boulder Ski Resort.

On the second floor is our great room and sun room that has cathedral ceilings, see-though stone gas fireplace, poker game table and a 42'' Flat Screen LCD TV attached to the stone fireplace. The modern kitchen is perfect for cooking with large groups and has a spacious granite counter top and center island and breakfast bar. It has a side-by-side refrigerator with an ice maker and filtered water dispenser, ceramic cook top stove & oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a large breakfast bar with seating for three. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basic pots/pans/utensils and is attached to the dining room that has a solid wood table with seating for 10. Behind the kitchen are two bedrooms and a full bathroom. On the third floor there are two Master bedrooms/2 full baths and a gorgeous 12' loft area that overlooks the great room and has views of Big Boulder Ski Resort in the winter. The first floor is a 25'' x 18' game room & entertainment center equipped with a 8' Pool Table, CD player, stone gas fireplace and a sofa and loveseat. Two bedrooms and a full bathroom sit behind the game room.

The front of the home boasts a very large raised deck and covered raised porch on the side of the house. A stainless steel gas grill is located on the deck for barbecues and picnics. We provide two 8' picnic table that has seating for 10 people each and 4 modern Adirondack deck chairs. The 6-8 person hot tub is situated outdoors but covered by a roof to shield rain and snow from the tub.

The home is a 1-2 minute drive to Big Boulder Ski Resort and a 5 minute drive to Jack Frost Ski Area. Lake Harmony is a private powerboat lake that permits fishing, power boating, water skiing and swimming. There is a beach, within walking distance of the home. Lake Harmony has a private sandy beach with a swimming area, picnic tables and beach volleyball court. The home is minutes from numerous Summer & Winter attractions like skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing, snowmobile riding, horse back riding, a very large paintball area, hiking and camping (Hickory Run State Park), Boulder Field (in Hickory Run State park), white water rafting, fishing, hunting, miniature golfing, indoor water parks, Casino Gambling, bowling, first-run movie theater, full-service award-winning golfing and large outlet shopping nearby.
