Comfortable 4 night stay!

Overall, the condo we stayed in was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. It was also well-equipped with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and small appliances, making it easy to prepare meals. We loved that the unit was located in a small complex. There was no overcrowding or extra noise, and the covered parking was convenient. It also made it easy to come and go from the condo without worrying about finding parking in a large lot and having to walk a long distance to get back to the condo (or vice versa). The pool and beach were easily accessible, and the pool was clean. The patio furniture was comfortable, making it a great spot to sit and soak in the beautiful views and sounds of the ocean waves. We would have loved to have access to beach equipment like boogie boards, sand toys, frisbees, and balls. Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful condo

Condo was spacious and balcony furniture was nice and plenty of it. Condo was beautifully decorated. Washer and dryer are small so plan ahead. Two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtubs which was fine for us because we had kids. Best part is the big window in sitting area with the fantastic view of the ocean. Overall pleased with our stay!

Family beach vacation

Pros: Excellent location, quick and easy access to a beach that wasn’t crowded. Condo was nicely furnished and updated, plenty of seating, storage, and sleep options. We had a light not working and Vacasa quickly sent someone out to fix it. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils, etc (although no pizza cutter), and there was a nice selection of beach accessories available as well. Never waited for the elevator and the condo felt pretty private compared to other places we have stayed. Cons: the temperature/humidity was a bit uncomfortable inside the condo. The thermostat had a sign asking not to go below 70, and it stayed relatively warm and humid inside, even after several hours without opening doors. We are used to sleeping cold at our house, so it was something that stood out to us. Our family was staying in the neighboring condos, and frequently pointed out how warm it was in ours when visiting. The parking was also extremely tight, especially in an SUV, but that seemed to be the norm for these types of buildings. The building was under construction, so the exterior looks rough in spots, but we were pleasantly surprised on the inside.

Great vacay!

This condo was clean and spacious. Some construction was being done on the outside, but none of that hindered our stay. We’ve been to FL for 16 consecutive years and stayed in many condos, but this has been one of our favorites. It had a quiet atmosphere due to only having 4 floors and this also made for a more quaint experience on the beach.
