About this property

#1 NO NOs are NO party allowed and no smoking anywhere inside the house. You may smoke in backyard or on driveway. 2 queen size beds and 1 full size bed. Plus a L shape sofa. Each bed has a queen size duvets that should cover 2 people. There is only 1 parking space for your car on my driveway. The space will fit most types of sedans, small suv and maybe mini van too because you can get off from the sidedoor. It will NOT fit big SUV. There are also plenty of street parking spaces before 3:30PM. I don't have extra duvets. I don not have anything extra besides what I listed and what the photos show. 1 of the last guests asked me for a extra sheet to put on the sofa so she can sleep on sofa but I dont have any extra. There is no full kitchen but there are electric stove, microwave, pots and pans etc for light cooking.
My accommodation is very close to public transit M line street car and rapid transit (BART). Walk 2 minutes to the M car stop & it will take you to center / Powell station. Its also close to H-Mart, a big grocery store with 5 small restaurants inside it. Its close to the 2nd biggest shopping mall in San Francisco, "Stonestown". Stonestown has a huge Apple Store inside, McDonald, Trader Joe's, food court on the 2nd floor, movie theater, Whole Foods and many name brands store inside. the accommodation on the ground level of of the house and is a little bit above the backyard level so you will have access to backyard too
