Hello I live in Cheerful-House for over 20years. I am currently live in ground floor with separate entrances and I do not share any of the space during your visit. I can be easily reach from text. In any case of event you need my assist i can be there in reasonable time. This was a perfect place for our trip to visit SFSU Everything we needed was readily available, ample parking on the street. An added bonus was we were just a block away from the Muni rail, which made heading into the city a lot easier! Beds were comfortable and the house was well furnished and felt like our home away from home.

My sibling reunion couldn’t have been more enjoyable. Jerry was super communicative and attentive. Plenty of room for all of us.The location was walking distance to the beach (beautiful sunsets) and fabulous restaurants. Good parking. I would stay here again and I recommend this home.
