The house was very clean and just like the pictures. It's by fair the best property we have stayed at so far! Ruth was very friendly and helpful, I feel she genuinely cares about her guest stay. The kitchen was stocked very well. The only things I needed of my own was a pitcher for tea and baking sheets. Was no big deal for me, I have learned most places there is something you need they don't have! But I was impressed she had coffee makers, blender, crock pot and air fryer!! The location was fairly close to many shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great place and space. Also a great location for what I needed and I will book again when I return. Communication was a key part of this booking and Ruthie was always on top of things.

Home was clean, Host was very quick to respond to inquiries. Couldn't find the Keurig, so she sent one next day via Amazon, THANKS! Then I found the Keurig, my mistake. Lots of needed items were in the home already, home was easy to get to and lots of shopping around it and close to I-45. Home needs a little maintenance, some living room furniture was wobbly, front door lock needs to just be tightened up. It was a good place to stay and close to what we needed.

There were noise warnings upon check in....keep quiet after 10pm...no problem. Neighbors dogs barked all night long. One of the king beds sagged badly in the middle. Property was without gas for approximately 20 hours of our stay making using the dryer and having hot water to shower impossible. The owner worked at getting this fixed but it was an inconvenience.

I am sorry about the gas inconvenience as I had explained it was disconnected due to an error. But it was supposed to be fixed asap but gas technician kept changing his arrival time. For the sagging bed it is my first time to hear. We have had several guest after you and i have not heard about it. I am going to check and make sure that it is fixed asap. Thanks for letting me know.

Cute Spot In Conroe

My husband and I came in town to spend some time with our kids and grandkids and stayed at this cute little spot in Conroe. Everything was as listed. It’s a duplex/townhouse but the amount of space the house has was perfect. It was really huge on the inside. We had everything we needed.
