Three-bedroom cottage that is walking distance to Old Homestead Beach. This beach is private and restricted only to the community and is approximately one mile long.
This beautiful cottage is the perfect retreat, whether you are looking for a week at the beach or a well-appointed, superbly located home base for your Lake Erie Shores and Islands Getaway. Cottage is located 15 minutes away from Cedar Point and 10 minutes from Kalahari. The Jet Express in Sandusky is also 20 minutes away.
This house has large open spaces. It has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two living rooms, kitchen with dining table, and a small bar area. It also features an outdoor porch area with propane grill. There is a private outdoor shower behind the cottage for when you return from the beach!

This property is just a few houses from Lake Erie's Old Homestead II Beach! The three-bedroom, two-bathroom layout is spacious for multiple families to enjoy. We have open kitchen that leads to the living space and dining, making this a great stop for a family retreat. We own Lake Erie Adventure and will deliver rented Kayaks and Paddle Boards to the house!
