The inverted floor plan means most bedrooms (three out of four) are located on the first level, while the main living area is on the second floor, along with another bedroom. Treat yourself to a soothing evening in the bubbly hot tub, located off one of the bedrooms on the first level. From here, guests can easily access the beach through a private boardwalk. The main living area encompasses the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Snuggle up on any of the inviting sofas and watch a favorite show on the TV in the living room, or pull out any of the board games available in the nearby closet for entertaining family time. The well-appointed kitchen is complete with all major appliances, including a dishwasher for easy and quick post-meal clean-up and a drip coffee maker. Admire breathtaking sunsets from your private beachfront deck.

Awesome location but needs a deep clean

Cannot beat the location of this property. The house had the space we needed but is in desperate need of a deep clean and some maintenance. The blinds, bathroom cabinets and vents had a lot of dust, dirt and hair on them. The vacuum on-site was missing a wheel and there was not enough suction to remove the dust/hair/dirt. Beds could also use an upgrade. The 3 king mattresses all sagged when a person laid down. We had a great stay but beware before you book!

Excellent location.

The location on the beach can’t be beat. Very close to excellent restaurants. Hot tub was very dirty and unusable for most of our stay, which was disappointing since that was the primary reason we picked this house. It was a holiday week, so we understand the difficulty in getting someone out to clean it, but management company told us multiple times that they would take care of it and no one came until the day we were leaving.

Excellent Ocean Views

We throughly enjoyed our time at North Shore Oasis. The ocean front hot tub was prefect for the cool evenings. All of the king beds were very comfortable, while the twins could use an update but would be suitable for small children. The house location was perfect for our stay.

Overall the place was very nice. Cleanness wasn’t the best but definitely wasn’t nasty. Great location close to everything. Would stay here again just need to have the cleaning people do better. Don’t think the vents have been cleaned in years, little things like that being clean make a big difference.
