We had a great experience. The property is right on the beach and is quiet. It was great for our family including our 11 month old. We were happily surprised with the amount of baby items provided. We would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay overall and really enjoyed our vacation. The home was comfortable. We also wanted to mention that the dunes in front of the house made it difficult for elderly family members to navigate the walk to the beach; it was fine for younger guests, but our elderly parents had a hard time getting down to the beach. Thank you for sharing your property with us.

We had a wonderful week at Topsail Beach. The beach was fantastic, and we got lucky with the weather, mid 80's and nothing but sunshine all week. You have to climb a small dune to get to the beach, but not a big deal at all.The area never felt crowded unless you wanted to venture back across the bridge for dinner or shopping, but even then it wasn't bad. We will definitely consider coming to this location again.Mike B

Wonderful property to have a family and friends vacation on the beach.- Host was incredibly responsive and accommodating to our early check in request.- All rooms were well appointed- Main living space & kitchen has prime view of the ocean and beach- Plenty of dishes to cook of needed.- Not close to main parts of town but that was not an issue for us. Could get there on a short drive.- Beach & Ocean were splendid. They had beach chairs, games etc; but bring your own beach umbrella.- Sunrise not visible from the front porch but all you have to do is step down to the private boardwalk and voila!- Night Dark sky was a treat; with so many stars and a bit of the milky way Orion arm with a slow exposure camera if you are lucky.

A 3 generation get away

We had a lovely time in Topsail Beach and throughly enjoyed staying at this property. Everyone was comfortable in their space and the stair chairs were super helpful for our mobility impaired family member. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Perfect end of summer getaway

We booked a last minute vacation here and our weekend was perfect. The place was super cute and perfect for our family of 5. There were wonderful views of the ocean from every floor and lots of beach chairs, toys, etc. Outdoor shower was wonderful as well.

Perfect Beachside Getaway

We had a great time on Topsail Island and this property was a big part of that. You can’t beat the easy beach access. Restaurants and shops are walkable on one side and a short drive the other. Thank you!

Beautiful home and awesome spot

I felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves. Our kids played in the ocean all day, followed by sunset walks. We thank Beatrice for opening up her home to us to stay. We absolutely loved in and will return in the future!

Lovely Stay

This property is a lovely, clean home located in a great location. Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed the home and all of its amenities. Our teenagers enjoyed walking to the local shops and being ocean front. Beatrice was a timely and kind host. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great property

This property is one of the best we have ever stayed. The property manager was helpful, informative, and responded quickly to any messages. On Thursdays Ii the summer, be sure to check out the Topsail craft market, just up the street.

Lovely family beach weekend stay

This house has plenty of space and a well equipped kitchen. Our family especially enjoyed watching the sunrise over the ocean each morning on the third story deck. Beatrice was an excellent host. Highly recommend!

Great location; well away from any of the crowds. Wide, expansive beach. This property has plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas that can be used. The two levels of porches allow for larger families to spread out. Loved the two rocking adirondacks on the top level. A gaming table in the living room allowed us to keep the dining table to be used at all times.
