Perfect pet-friendly spot for my family and friends. Upon arrival, the kitchen, den, laundry area, beach shed, and bathrooms were immaculately clean and well stocked; kitchen especially! Bring your own towels, though. Beach view is great from a comfortable third floor back deck. All bedrooms have their own private bathroom -- a huge plus. Host was helpful and caring in all communication. Would definitely rent again.

Our family had a wonderful vacation here. The house was exceptionally clean and well-stocked with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The kitchen featured a wide assortment of cookware and serving dishes, which easily accommodated cooking for our large family. The open living and dining area was perfect for everyone to spend time together—the kids sat at the table drawing while the adults socialized nearby. Our absolute favorite spot was the large covered deck overlooking the ocean. It was perfect for gathering as an entire family, or for a few of us to enjoy a quiet morning cup of coffee before everyone else woke up. Christina and Debbie were easy to contact and incredibly helpful with our questions. We would love to stay here again for our next family vacation!

We had an excellent one-week stay at this beach house in Topsail Beach! The location was fantastic, with beautiful ocean views and incredible sunrises every morning. Sitting on the deck with a cup of coffee while watching the sun come up over the water was one of the highlights of our trip.The house was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped for our family. Having three king-size beds made it especially comfortable for everyone, and it’s not something you find in many beach rentals. We also really appreciated that the home is pet-friendly, allowing us to bring our dog along to enjoy the vacation with us.The host was outstanding, providing excellent communication before and throughout our stay. They were responsive, helpful, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out.We couldn’t have asked for a better beach vacation and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and pet-friendly getaway at Topsail Beach!

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our stay in Topsail Beach! The location of this house is, in my opinion, the best as it is away from all the busyness of the north part of the island. The owner and manager of the property were super sweet and extremely accommodating for anything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Our family had the most wonderful time staying here. The home was exceptionally clean. The beds and furniture were all so comfortable and the kitchen was amazing - we only ate out once! We had a family of 6 adults and three kids under 5 years old. Everyone was so comfortable! We spent a relaxed week and hope to stay here again in the future.

Clean, large property, fully stocked with whatever you need for the beach. Easy access to beach and restaurants. Three levels of house allows for privacy.

Great vacation

Lots of amenities and responsive host! Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, all the beach equipment you might need. There are a lot of steps if that is a issue for guests.

Perfect get away place to stay while visiting Top Sail

The house was perfect for our family! The views were amazing from the house. We loved the private boardwalk to the beach. The kitchen was well furnished, we had everything to do our own seafood boil. The entire family had an amazing time during our stay in Top Sail.

Fantastic Beach House

The house was clean and well appointed. Can’t beat the beach front location. We’ve stayed up and down the east coast and the was one of our favorite beaches and houses.
