We've rented this property a number of times. Can't beat the location and the beds are some of the best we've ever found in a rental property. Owner is friendly and quick to respond to questions. The house is always clean and in great condition. Will definitely be back!

We’ve been looking for 5 years for a vacation house that could accommodate our large group and we FINALLY found it! This house is well stocked and beautiful! We wanted for nothing. We’ll definitely by back next year and for years to come!

The location was convenient to most everything we needed. We moved our car only one time the entire week. The elevator was also very helpful in getting luggage and groceries to the second and third levels. We were impressed with the size of the bedrooms and the comfortable beds!

We rented this house from the nicest person that owns the property. Our family vacation memories will always be thinking of this property and everything that you can walk to. The property was very clean. Wonderful bed mattresses very spacious rooms. We will probably rent again next year.

What an absolutely spectacular property in a very centrally located area! This was our first visit to Topsail and we were so close to everything and right on the beach. We got to check in early, the pool was heated, the beach was steps away, and anything you wanted to eat was available within walking distance! The condo was very clean and it's HUGE! Perfect for a group of friends, even with children! Even being close to everything it was still very quiet and private. We loved it! Book it!

We had a great stay here in April 2026! The owner and his family were so friendly and made everything easy from the start, check-in was smooth and stress-free.The house was clean, super comfortable, and perfect for a group. The beds and bedding were amazing, and the AC worked great (always a win at the beach!). Location was also spot on, so close to everything.We didn’t use the kitchen much, but it seemed well stocked. Even the maintenance man stopped by to check on us, which was such a nice touch.Overall just an easy, comfortable stay, we’d definitely come back!

The house is exactly as pictured and has everything you need to enjoy your time on the beach. The location allows is ideal for walking to the pier, park, store or restaurants. The owners were quick to respond. Highly recommended by our whole family.

Family Vacation

This was a perfect house for our family vacation. Everything you need is provided even a pack n play for the baby. We were able to park the cars and walk to everything you needed. This is the best vacation house we have ever stayed at and hope to stay there again.
