'Captain Andy's' - Beachfront Family Vacation Perfection

Ideally located on quiet Ocean Blvd. on the spectacular south end of Topsail Beach, one of the best beaches on the East Coast and as far from the public access as you can get. If the week you want is booked please check out my "twin sister" property "Captain Andy's Too" VRBO# 1034711

Freshly renovated and tasteful interior so your time inside will be as pleasant as your time on the beach. All 4 beachfront bedrooms have great beachfront/ocean views, 43 inch flat screen smart TVs & comfortable beds. Living room features 60 inch flat screen smart TV with sound bar & sub-woofer for great movie nights.

On the top floor you will find the master bedroom with a king-sized bed, comfortable living room, dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen all with fabulous views. Downstairs are 3 more bedrooms: 2 with queen-sized beds and the third with a great new twin over full bunk bed with pullout twin trundle to sleep all the kids.

The house features two levels of oceanfront decks, two porch swings, deck furniture and unparalleled 180 degree views.

Seamless checkin. Well appointed kitchen with nice variety of pots, pans and serving dishes. Storage closet had excellent selection of chairs, umbrellas. And beach toys. Multiple outdoor showers, porch swings and deck seating. Comfortable upholstery and mattresses. Uncrowded beach. Tasteful and uncluttered decor. Big thumbs up!

One of the nicest houses we have rented

House was in great condition and well-maintained. Kitchen was well-supplied and everything worked fine. Beach sand was the finest, cleanest and least shelly of most beaches I have been to in NC. Would absolutely stay there again.

Best beach vacation ever

Excellent views, on the beach, only a short walk to the water, wonderful deck, all rooms face the beach and open to the decks!! The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook, including specialty tools for cooking seafood you can purchase fresh off the dock just two blocks away. We loved it!!

A great beach place!

This house was so well-stocked with all a family needs, including beach chairs and toys! Only one suggestion--have Windex on hand to clean the glass-covered dining table.

Family time at Topsail Beach

Great location, very nice oceanfront house, great overall experience. The house had everything we needed for a wonderful week with our family. A slight problem with sliding glass doors in downstairs bedrooms, certain it is fixed by now.

Great place to stay at the beach!

We have stayed several times at captain Andy’s and will continue to do so. Great property, beautiful views, pet friendly, and walking distance from the Beach Shop and Grill restaurant. Andy is always great and very responsive. Property is clean and well-appointed for cooking! We usually do a big grocery shop and cook in the house to enjoy the beach views as long as we can! :)

Captain Andy’s house is a perfect get away. We spent a week here and enjoyed every minute.

The house is well equipped with a well stocked kitchen. The deck is amazing with plenty of room and built in gates. The location is great, with miles of beach that during our stay was essentially all to us. Access to cable and movies. Already thinking about next year!
