Condo was spotless and great for a family of 4 and a couple of 2. Beach access is a few steps away and the deck has an amazing view. Communication with the host was easy. Would highly recommend.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this condo. The hosts are outstanding, the condo is very clean and well cared for, and we love the immediate access to one of the best beaches in the Carolinas. We highly recommend staying here.

Beautifully decorated and maintained oceanfront condo with every amenity you could need during your stay. Breathtaking ocean and inlet views. Beds, bedding,& furniture were very clean and comfortable. Covered deck allowed us to sit outside any time of day or weather. Hosts were excellent with communication and even left a thoughtful welcome gift and note for us upon our arrival. I would give it 10 stars if I could. I will definitely book again.

The condo was exactly as described and very clean. Laura is an excellent host and was available to help when needed. I loved that there was a swimming pool across the street and if you drive to the end of the island you can swim and fish on the sound side. Will definitely book this condo again.

The condo was absolutely perfect. We were contacted a couple hours before our check in time by the property manager. She was super nice and just wanted to make sure we had our key codes and if there were any questions. Everything was great during the stay. Definitely would recommend staying.

This oceanfront condo was amazing! It was very clean, nicely furnished and decorated, and had everything as advertised on VRBO plus more! We thoroughly enjoyed our week there and will definitely rent this property on another Topsail vacation!

Family time at the Beach

This property was a great place for family fun and relaxation. Loved the proximity and close access to the beach. Enjoyed watching the sunrise from the deck. The beds were comfy and the bedrooms were a nice size.

Weekend Away

We loved our stay at this property. We have stayed in several condos at Queens Grant but will be checking availability for Laura and Ken’s condo before booking any other unit for future trips. Great location, well maintained, and plenty of cared for space.

It was the perfect week with my son and his family. This condo had everything we needed and was just a short drive to shops and food. Highly recommend checking out Surf City Smash and Maine Lobstah Shack! Coffee on the beach every morning with family was the medicine I needed.

Would buy the place if we could!

This was our second stay at Laura’s place. It was super clean, beds were super comfortable, and it is super conveniently located to everything you would need. Most of all…that oceanfront view is so SUPER beautiful!
