This top-floor condo features private beach access at one of the island’s best spots for sun and surf lovers. The unit has a private entry with a digital keypad for easy and secure access, plus a dedicated tandem 2-car carport. There are two flights of outdoor stairs to reach the entrance, the peaceful and quiet south side of the island is just a mile away from all the amenities you need.

The Space:
Turtle Shores is designed with both comfort and functionality in mind. It offers three bedrooms: a luxurious king-size adjustable bed in the primary suite, a queen-sized bed in the sunset balcony suite, and a full bed with a pullout twin trundle in the third bedroom. The primary bedroom includes an en-suite with double sinks and a walk-in shower, while the second bathroom, connected to the queen suite, has a bathtub/shower combo and a hallway door for easy access from the third bedroom.
Step outside to the oceanfront deck—an amazing spot to relax and take in full ocean views. Watch the sun rise while enjoying breakfast at the dining table for six, or unwind in the cozy seating area. The deck is also accessible from the primary bedroom. On the opposite side of the condo, the deck outside the queen suite offers seating for four, perfect for sunset cocktails while watching boats drift in and out of the marina.

Additional Amenities:
• Fully Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen comes stocked with everything you need for cooking, including initial coffee, tea, creamers, sugars, oil, salt, and pepper. It also features an extended countertop with bar seating for a casual dining experience.
• Tech & Convenience: Smart TVs in every bedroom, USB and C-port chargers, and a fold-down workstation in the primary bedroom with a docking station, keyboard, mouse, and large screen. Perfect for catching up on work or attending virtual meetings.
• Beach Essentials: We provide beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, and beach toys, all conveniently stored in a locker in the carport. You’ll also find yoga mats and outdoor blankets in the primary bedroom for a beachside yoga session or just relaxing on the deck.
