This condo is located in desirable Topsail Beach, not Surf City or North Topsail. Topsail Beach is not nearly as busy and has a much better refurbished beach...it is where you want to be. This two bedroom/two full bath with sleeper sofa oceanfront lower level condo offers the best Topsail has to offer with amenities such as a pool, boat launch ramp, private parking, washer and dryer, internet and gated access. Enjoy the best sunrises on the Carolina coast with a cup of coffee on the expansive front porch. If you are lucky, you might even see a dolphin playing in the surf as the sunrises over quaint Topsail Island.

Less than 1.4 miles from the heart of South Topsail Beach's downtown, it's an easy walk to the best dining and fun the island has to offer. Venture by foot on the beach to Serenity Point and experience our world famous sea glass hunting. Stop by the Jolly Roger Pier, a true landmark, on your walk back from sea hunting. For dinner, enjoy some of the best low country cuisine in the South (not to mention an expansive wine menu) at The Beach Shop and Grill or if you are looking for the best fried seafood on the island, then be sure to check out The Breezeway Restaurant. Amazing views & right on the beach

The location of this property is right on the beach & the view from the master bedroom & from family room is fantastic. The front room's view is very nice as well. it's almost perfectly centered overlooking the canal across the street . Having a laundry room is also a huge bonus. In short, we love Topsail Beach & this place is a great way to fully enjoy it.

Why stay anywhere else?

This was our second time at this condo. The location is perfect and the condo is very nicely appointed -- clean, comfortable, and prepped for the ideal vacation. And those views!!! Everything we go to the beach for is right outside those doors and mere steps away. I'm sure we'll be back again and again.

First this Host was so accommodating. We had a big fail at a VRBO rental that had us evacuating immediately due to construction. Our host at Top Sail was so accommodating and helpful. The location is amazing! right on the beach with access from the back deck.

Wonderful vacation

This was the first time staying at the southern end of topsail and we loved it! Condo was everything we had hoped for and more!! Very clean and had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and furnishings. Awesome views from the ocean front deck! We will definitely return next fall to this property! Thank you for sharing your wonderful condo!

Unbeatable location

Overall, a nice property. Stunning sunrises and a gorgeous, quiet beach. However, there is one quite unusual house rule. The beds were unmade (no sheets) when we arrived. We were expected to make up our own, and then wash sheets and towels prior to leaving. I understand cleaning the kitchen and such but making beds and doing laundry was a bit too far in my opinion.

Topsail beach

This property worked out well for us. The beach was beautiful and steps away from condo. Close to our grandson so we were able to see him everyday. It's an older property but kitchen great for cooking. The king bed was comfy. One of the things I liked most was hearing the roaring of the waves at night. We had a little issue finding the condo because it was night time and not much lighting, but called owner and he was able to help us.

Great condo but...

Love this complex and this condo was great for our family. All of the information was accurate and check-in was simple. The owners are really sweet and easy to work with. The views are perfect and I love the direct beach access from the back porch. The condo itself has plenty of furniture and places to sit to be comfortable. My only complaint was the mattresses, they were awful. Sadly, all of the mattresses need to be updated. One of my sons wanted to sleep on the pullout couch, but when we pulled it out the mat thing was so ridiculously thin he just slept on the couch itself. Honestly, that pullout shouldn’t count as a bed until there is a normal pullout mattress on it. But, other than the mattresses, this condo is perfect. In my opinion, it’s on the best part of the island with ocean and sound views. The complex is very family friendly with lots to do. And having direct beach access from the back deck makes things so much easier. Great little spot!

Great Location, a little disappointing

The condo complex is great. The pool was closed, but every pool on the island was damaged from the storm, so I understand. The unit was not as clean as others I have stayed at in the same complex. Yes there are beach chairs, but they are completely rusted. The kitchen sink leaked into a large bowl under the sink. Not the end of the world, but we were not told about it. Lucky thing we found it, because we had to empty several times during our stay. Also, there were roaches that came out every night and were all over the deck. So, one of my favorite parts of chilling outside in the evening was a no go. Also the blinds in the living room were broken, so if anyone stayed on the pull out sofa, you are lacking privacy or room darkening. Lastly, the fridge didn't keep things that cold and the freezer smelled like fish, including the ice. I had to purchase ice from a store. So, great location, but lots of minor to medium things that made the stay not as enjoyable.

Anniversary Trip

My husband and I spent a long weekend in this gorgeous condo for our 11th Wedding Anniversary. It's cliche to say that it was a perfect stay, but honestly I don't know how else to explain it. The weather was great, the sunrises/sunsets....WOW. We are beach travelers and have traveled the East Coast into the gulf and I've never seen sunrises like I did from this condo. Topsail really does have the moat beautiful sunrises! My husband enjoyed some surf fishing and had several catches. This is the first condo we've ever stayed with direct beach access from the balcony and that really spoiled us. Ray has been a dream to work with. The condo was perfectly stocked in the kitchen with the tools to make a meal. Water pressure in the showers was great. The master bed was so comfortable and the pillows were large and fluffy! The pictures are beautiful, but simply doesn't do this place justice. Everyone in town and on the beach was lovely people. Several stopped and talked to him while he was fishing. We came to Topsail about 10 years ago in March, but didn't get to get the full experience. Be proud of your little community because y'all were so welcoming and made us feel like home. My husband never says this...but on the way out this morning, he said "Yea I wouldn't mind at all to book this place again. It's beautiful. " So I guess we'll be back!! Thank You Ray for everything. You really made our weekend so special!

My family and I (spouse and 2 children, 4 and 7) had a great time! It was a little rainy, but since we were right on the ocean we made the most of the clear skies when they were there. Our stay was overall great. Oceanfront, clean and the owners were very detailed and professional. The only negative thing I could say is the parking under the condo was a little tight for a full size pickup, but still giving them 5 stars! We woukd definitely stay again.

It was a wonderful week at the beach! Even on the day it rained, the setting was beautiful! The beach has a generous shoreline, and even though there are other people there, it is not overcrowded! This area of Topsail has maintained its quality and is not overly developed, making the stay just what I hoped it would be! The fireworks on the 4th of July that I could watch without going anywhere were magnificent! The ones I traveled to see on the 3rd at Surf City were not even close plus the crowds and traveling back were a downer!

Very attractive renovation! Impressive! My only issue is having to wash linens before checkout. You could suggest people bring a towel and washcloth from home to use on the last day.

Comfortable stay

Easy access and very thorough communication from the owner. Kitchen is well-equipped and the king bed was very comfortable. The beach is a short walk across the dune and has recently been refurbished such that it's broad and flat for great walking. The view from the living room and king bedroom are wonderful - easy to watch birds and dolphins. Very cozy spot for morning coffee and evening dinner. We ate Thanksgiving lunch at High Waters on the island and Friday dinner at Low Tide just over the bridge. Both were excellent and must minutes from the condo. We'll definitely keep this one on our list!

We have been going to Topsail our entire lives and have actually moved there (one block from this condo) for most of the year. This island is the perfect blend of a family beach that has plenty to do but is not crowded. The south end of the island is very desirable because it is almost 100% single family homes. Queens Grant is unique condo opportunity on the south end.

Why they chose this property

The property has the benefit of having sound access with a private boat ramp, excellent refurbished beach, pool, basketball courts, built in grills and good fishing. You will not find a better view anywhere on the island. Any closer to the ocean and your feet would get wet.
