Greetings from Topsail Island!
4th of July week is now re-available for booking due to a cancellation. Come on down to the beach for the holiday and enjoy the fireworks!
The pool is open and the day temperatures are in the 70's and 80's on Topsail Island. It is definitely hot enough to sit out on the beach with chairs and a sunshade. Ocean temperature is 71 degrees and the water is warming up rapidly. Plenty of people are swimming everyday!
All reservations require a 3 night minimum stay between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
2024 is mostly booked. Thank you very much to my repeat renters as well as to my first time renters for your bookings! You choosing my condo for your beach vacation is very appreciated and means a lot to me. I look forward to hosting you!
The following 2024 dates are still available:
- Monday May 27th (Memorial Day) through Sunday night June 3rd is available. You can book all 7 nights if you would like, but a 3 night minimum stay is required.
- A 3 night stay is available arriving on Thursday June 6th and checking out on Sunday June 9th.
- A 3 night stay is available arriving on Sunday June 23rd and checking out on Wednesday June 26th.
- Sunday night June 30th through Saturday night July 6th is available! Come on out to the beach for 4th of July week! A late cancellation has opened up the entire week. Feel free to come for all 7 nights if you can, but a 3 night minimum stay is required.
- Monday night July 15th through Friday night July 19th is re-available due to a cancellation. Come for all 5 nights if you can, but a 3 night minimum is required.
- A 3 night stay is available arriving Wednesday July 24th and checking out on Saturday July 27th.
All other nights have been reserved. Any cancellations are immediately re-posted onto both the booking calendar and right here in this description.
Here is a Full Description of my Condo including all the information you should know:
Available to rent as of July, 2021, my condo, Sea4Urself, is fully and completely remodeled and is available for your beach vacation. The condo was completely renovated in June, 2021. At that time everything was brand new in this unit. It is in the Surf Condos, and is a 1 minute walk to the beach and a 1 minute walk to the olympic sized pool.
I am Rob, your host. I encourage you to read the 80+ reviews that I have earned to date. I strive to give all of my guests a hassle free / stress free wonderful vacation. I am a certified international tour manager and full time Topsail Island resident. I have travelled through all 50 states and 54 different countries. I know what beach vacationers want and need. I consistently provide every guest with warm and welcoming hospitality. I truly care that my renters have a wonderful experience. An example - I offer early check ins and late check outs whenever possible. It gives me great pleasure to see my guests enjoying their stay at my condo and their trip to Topsail Island.
The condo has 1 bedroom. It includes a King sized bed, TV, dressers, nightstands, and a blackout shade. There are twin sized bunk beds in the hallway. Additionally there is a queen sized pullout sofa in the living room. At maximum capacity you can fit 2 in the bedroom, 2 in the bunk beds, and 2 on the pull out sofa. That's why vrbo lists that a 1 bedroom condo sleeps 6. You can see the ocean, dunes and pool unobstructed from your private balcony and the living room. Everything in the condo was brand new in July, 2021. This includes all of the furniture, kitchen equipment and decorations. Sea4Urself was remodeled with high end everything. The kitchen has all of the equipment that you need, the TV's are large, the couches and recliner comfortable. The wall decorations and pictures are relaxing and inviting. The private deck has high quality chairs and a table where you can see right out unobstructed to the dune and ocean. A great place to enjoy your morning coffee or happy hour.
The condo has an upscale vibe and a beachy feel to it. It is not a luxury property and is not being advertised as such. Sea4Urself is a super comfortable, professionally and properly cleaned, totally stocked, full kitchen condo with an ocean view. The condo is a 1 minute walk to the beach and a 1 minute walk to the olympic sized pool. It has everything you need. I make sure that the condo is fully stocked with all of the essentials including toilet paper, paper towels, sponges, dish soap, foil and more. It was completely remodeled in June, 2021 with all high quality amenities. It really is just a 1 minute walk to the beach and a 1 minute walk to the olympic sized pool. Going back and forth from the condo to the beach or pool during your days could not be any easier! The condo comes with a private reserved covered parking space right under the condo - you don't even need to cross the parking lot and you never have to look for a parking spot.
The condo also comes with a private equipment shed. In the shed there are high quality beach chairs, a full sized shibumi shade, boogie boards, umbrellas, pails, shovels and pool noodles. No need to bring your beach equipment from home! Everything you need to enjoy the beach and pool is right there in the shed waiting for you!
The Surf Condos are located 1 mile north of the Surf City bridge on the ocean side of the street. The town of Surf City is between the condo and the bridge, giving you easy access to everything you need within minutes.
Topsail Island is a 26 mile long coastal barrier island that is very narrow between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway. The island is basically 1 road with a 35 mph speed limit. There is beach along the entire east side of the island. The entire beach is open to the public at all times. There are no traffic lights, no high rises and no national chains on the island. We are a simple, laid-back, easy place to be. Those seeking nightlife, glitz and glamour should look elsewhere. Those who enjoy a beautiful beach in a natural setting that feels the same as it has for decades will be ecstatic with their choice.
If you are looking for a great location, and a very comfortable, clean, well maintained condo with a full kitchen and private deck to enjoy a hassle free beach vacation a 1 minute walk to the beach and a 1 minute walk to the pool then you have found exactly what you are searching for! I am truly an owner who cares about his guests having a wonderful experience. I am full time Topsail Beach resident and am available with prompt and excellent communication should anything be needed before or during your stay.
Rental Rules:
No Smoking. No Parties. No Pets.
25 Years old minimum to rent.
All Renters must comply with the Surf Condominium rules and restrictions.
*Some Other Information that's important to know: Please be sure to read this including the linen and towel policy that is standard on Topsail Island*:
- This is referred to as a "First Floor Unit". Due to the fragile environment of being a barrier island and the real threats of hurricanes and tropical storms, there is absolutely no living on the ground floor anywhere on Topsail Island. It is against the law. It is 14 steps to get into the condo. There is no elevator available.
- No grills are allowed on the decks at the Surf Condos. There is a grilling area at the complex with charcoal grills available for you to use anytime.
- There is a washer / dryer room in the complex, but there is no washer or dryer inside the unit.
- There is a workout / gym room in the complex. It is in the same area as the laundry room and grilling area.
- The grilling area, laundry room and workout room are all a 3-4 minute walk from the condo.
- Linens and Towels are not included in your rental. You either have to bring your own linens and towels or I am happy to set up a rental for your stay. I get a full time locals discount. This is due to the long history of Topsail Island rentals having been available for rent only from Saturdays to Saturdays. The majority of rentals are still one week only Saturday to Saturday. Only weekly rentals were the deal prior to covid. Due to this, the entire Island was being turned around on Saturdays between 10:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. The cleaners who work on the island come into the condo and clean it for you. They do a fantastic job. There is simply not enough time to make beds and do laundry services. That's how this long standing policy of bring your own or rent linens and towels came into effect.
- The Condo is perfect for a couple and very comfortable for a family of 4. With the pull out sofa it technically sleeps 6 according to vrbo.
- Sea4Urself is available for rent year round. Try the 'offseason' - you will be pleasantly surprised how wonderful Topsail Island is when it is not summer. Super low reasonable rates and you still get a wonderful beach experience.
