My husband and I really loved staying at this property. It’s on the first level so less stairs. It has a shared shower and 2 toilet/ sink 1/2 baths so that was helpful. The parking for 2 cars under the unit in the shade was a huge plus. Short walk to the beach. You can see the ocean from the outdoor patio. The patio is large. The kitchen is big so if you want to cook you can. The thing my husband loved was the snacks and coffee and condiments. Jim and Nora literally thought of everything you might need and there it was. It’s 1 Bedroom with a pullout couch and there was a rolling bed in the closet. We don’t need it since our friends are local and just came for the day but I could see how families with children could also leverage this property. It is big enough for a family of 4. Be aware of the local traffic patterns and timing. It can get long and dicey at times during the weekend. I recommend this property to everyone who wants to visit surf city.

We had a wonderful time at the condo. It is a good location to everything, very clean, and nicely decorated. The hosts are great with info. The best part is the proximity to the beach!

Wonderful place to stay

The condo was very clean and well equipped with everything you need and even provided extras if you forgot something like toothbrush's etc. Very close to beach which is a plus for us. Recommend this condo and look forward to going back!

Host was easy to get a hold of if necessary. I just couldn't find the wifi password but it was right there lol. Place was clean, linens clean. Set back from ocean but you could still see it from the balcony and hear the waves. Sun was full on balcony for the sunset. It was lovely to sit in the Adirondack chairs. Nice time. We came for a friend's wedding.

The best place!

This is our 3rd or 4th time staying here and we just love it so much. The owners have so many special touches: snacks, water in the fridge, games and great beach chairs, its hard to not want to come back each time. My only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer!

We had a wonderful visit! The property was perfect and the condo was clean. We were close to everything. The hosts had a snack basket, bottled waters, and toiletries available for us to use which was so thoughtful!

Everything was as stated on site. It was nice to have water and snack basket on arrival. We were even able to check in early that was a plus after long drive to get there. Would stay again.
