Perfect condo! It’s on the beach with beautiful ocean views and across the street from the sound. The parking was free and there were no resort fees. We went in October and it was very quiet and not crowded at all, which we liked. It’s a very short drive to restaurants and shopping. The condo was clean and the renovations were well done. The balcony was one of my favorite features. We are definitely coming back!

The condo was exactly as described. Our family had a wonderful stay. Everything was very clean and ready for us when we arrived. The host was very prompt to answer any question we had. I highly recommend staying here while visiting Topsail Island!

Had an absolutely WONDERFUL stay!! This condo was so clean and beautiful inside! The view was picture perfect!! Karen was such a wonderful host! She made the whole expirience so simple and was overly accommodating!! We had an amazing time and will definitely be back!!

This was the PERFECT place for us to stay. The Beach was right outside, the parking was easy. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and then some! I LOVED that there was a brand new sponge!!!There were beach towels to use, chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas. I loved that the beds were not made. This may be a pain for some, but it allows you to see the mattress and mattress cover, and shows you the sheets are clean!The pool across the street was huge and the only hiccup was that the hot tub wasn't working, which while disappointing on a cool weekend, was not the owner's fault.

Nice Condo, great family friendly location.

We love Topsail Beach and this is a perfect setup with a beautiful oceanfront view. The kitchen had a good selection of cooking utensils also, so making meals was not a struggle.

Great weekend getaway!

Great location on the beach for a weekend getaway. Views and sounds of the ocean right there. Close enough to town for convenient shopping. Easy walk to beach just feet away.
