About this property

Brand new listing, newly renovated. Welcome to "Beachaholic" This condo has all the comforts of home with a 5 star feel. Brand new LVP floors throughout the condo. There is top of the line stainless steel appliances for all your kitchen and cooking needs. The beds are so comfortable and there is even a sofa bed for those extra friends or family that want to join you on your vacation. Private, open balcony, direct ocean front, catch the sun rays as you over look over the water. Enjoy the very modern beachy feel this condo has to offer.

Take a swim in one of the available pools, or soak in a hot tub while enjoying a cocktail from the bar of one of Topsail’s best recommended restaurants. Like tennis, there are courts on the grounds for you to enjoy. The elevator is right outside of the unit, you can take it down to the grilling area of the complex. The elevator is also great for taking your beach gear out to the beach. Walk ways that go directly out to the beautiful beach.

The living area has all you need, including a washer and dryer. The master suite with a king bed, and a killer view. There is an ensuite, you won’t even have to leave the room. You will also find a queen room that shares a bathroom with the living area. Both bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs or smart adaptive TVs, and unit has great wifi.

Also equipped with keyless entry, so no contact needed. Check yourself in and no extra stops along the way

As an added touch, and unique to Sol Searching Properties, you will find for your convenience, “starter” items. Please keep in mind these are meant to start your vacation, not supply your whole stay. These items include
- Coffee, sugar, sugar alternative, creamer and filters.
- a new kitchen scrubber
- a dish towel and washcloth
- dish soap
- dishwasher tabs
- powdered laundry soap
- bar soap per bathroom
- ziplock bags
- trash bags
- toilet paper

- CLEAN linens, including comforters and shams.

A separate security deposit for $350 and renters agreement will run through Ownerez after booking. This is a requirement to keep the booking.

The pool in only open April through Oct

Renter making the booking must be at least 25 years old and provide proper identification along with renter agreement. Credit card must match the name on the license.

Clean and Functional Right on The Ocean

Property is as advertised and my suite overlooked the ocean, which was about a football field distance away. I enjoyed the hot tub and pool, which were pleasant in late October. Easy access to the beach. Unit was clean and well maintained.
