We loved our stay here. Views are even better in person. One of our party was recovering from an injury and having the elevator and ramp to the pool was perfect (this place is very accommodating for someone on crutches or limitations). There are three pools and always found an empty table. Pool was open until 11 which was nice too. Things to note: Only one towel provided per person so recommend you bring your own if you like extra. Also a drip coffee pot no Keurig but I think they have specialty coffees in the restaurant.

We absolutely loved our stay! This was our first time visiting North Topsail Beach, and it was such a special trip for us. I brought my mom and was able to make this trip my way of giving back to her for everything she has done for me. When she walked into the room and saw it, she cried, which made the experience even more meaningful.The room was beautiful, comfortable, and equipped with all the modern amenities. We especially loved the adjustable lighting and all the little, thoughtful details throughout the space. Everything was exactly as described, and the host clearly communicated the amenities, check-in instructions, and check-out procedures, making our stay easy and stress-free.Most importantly, Noah approved! We had such a wonderful time making memories together, enjoying the beach, searching for shells, and simply spending quality time together.Thank you for providing such a beautiful and welcoming place to stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely love to return to North Topsail Beach and stay again!

This property has a lot of potential! It was well decorated and updated for the most part. However, there were several negatives that would keep me from renting this unit again. First, from the moment you walk in it smells like mold & mildew. The master bathroom had visible mold in the shower ceiling and along the glass door. The closet where the hot water tank was (in the bathroom) WREAKED of mold. The master bathroom sink also did not drain well. Second, the host was quite rude when I asked about getting some extra towels and sheets for the sleeper sofa. We were traveling with my two small children and mother, and I was made to feel like I was “breaking the rules” by requesting additional towels and sheets for the sleeper sofa. Instead of responding kindly, the host (Betsy) said “are more people staying than are allowed?” and “I don’t understand why the sleeper sofa is needed.” We used the sleeper sofa for my 4 year old, though I’m not sure why it was anyone’s business what our sleeping arrangements were. Beware, you only get one towel and one washcloth per person and they don’t allow any extra. Outside of the unit and overall experience with the host, we love Villa Capriani and all it offers!

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify a few points. We asked about the sleeper sofa because the reservation was for four guests, so we simply wanted to make sure the home was being occupied within the reservation details—not to question your family’s sleeping arrangements. As noted in our pre-arrival communication, additional linens and supplies need to be requested before check-in so the cleaner can bring them during the scheduled turnover. Because they were requested afterward, an additional trip to the property had to be made to deliver them. We’re also very concerned to hear about the mold/mildew odor, as this review is the first time it was brought to our attention. Had we been notified during the stay, we would have immediately investigated the source and addressed the bathroom concerns as well. We always want the opportunity to correct an issue while our guests are still in the home.

Amazing stay!

My family and I came here for a brief stay to check in on our rental in Sneads Ferry. This condo is PERFECT! We love the comfort and the attention to details the owner put on this condo. It was clean and we enjoyed the kid friendly toys they have available for use. We will definitely rent this one again!

Great place to relax and enjoy the view!

I was in a 2 couple party in this condo and it was the perfect setup. The layout gave us privacy and comfort. The view was spectacular! We enjoyed the pools and even with the size and number of people on the grounds we never had trouble finding chairs or a table with an umbrella for shade. We would highly recommend this condo and the property. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Stay at Villa Caprini

We stayed for a long weekend. The pools are beautiful and very clean. Access to the beach was easy and there were hoses to spray off with after enjoying the beach. Our Condo was very clean and had a great layout for our needs. We were very close to the elevator which was great as it is a large property. However, the elevator operates very slow. Overall we had a great stay and would stay here again.
