"Seas The Day" 2 bed/2 bath condo/ Villa Capriani

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to provide some clarification for future guests considering Seas The Day at Villa Capriani. Villa Capriani is one of the most beautiful and desirable oceanfront resorts on Topsail Island. As with any large oceanfront complex, ongoing exterior maintenance and improvements are necessary, particularly given the effects of coastal weather. The former tennis courts are currently awaiting improvements, with the possibility of becoming pickleball courts in the future. Stay tuned! Regarding the maintenance concerns inside the condo, all reported repairs have since been addressed. The stains described as blood were actually marker stains, which have also been taken care of. Cleanliness is something we take extremely seriously. Unfortunately, none of these housekeeping concerns were brought to our attention during your stay, which prevented us from having the opportunity to send our cleaning team back to address them immediately. We are always happy to correct an issue when given the opportunity. As your stay occurred toward the end of our busy summer season, some cosmetic wear and tear is inevitable in a heavily visited vacation destination. We address immediate maintenance concerns as they arise and reserve larger cosmetic touch-ups and improvements for the quieter offseason. We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. We take pride in our properties, our cleaning standards, and the beautiful resort communities we represent.
