This Newly remodeled Ocean Front town home with smart keyless entry, in North Topsail Beach is ready for your family and friends to enjoy !

Comfortably accommodates 8 guests with it’s 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, kitchen with all the essentials, and Three ocean front decks so you can relax to the sound of the sea. Direct beach access from the main living level deck and Queen bedroom. Beach walkover replaced this off season, new gate latches installed, slider door locks newly installed.

First level has 2 bedrooms, beautifully decorated and a full bathroom (1 Queen bedroom and 2 twin bunkroom).Bedrooms have mounted flat-screen TVs and ceiling fans.

The second level is Open concept living containing custom kitchen with dining peninsula, kitchen table and comfortable living room with mounted flat-screen TV and beautiful direct ocean views. The multicade game table with 60 classic arcade games is set on free play for lots of family fun !

The third level Master Suite is a spacious Private sanctuary with a King size bed, wall mounted TV, ceiling fan, bathroom with shower, jetted tub and a private ocean front balcony ! Feel the stress melting away !

Full size washer and dryer are located on the garage level.

Park style grill located outside, behind the garage ocean side. If you bring a grill, DO NOT BRING GRILL UP ON THE DECK! Grilling on the deck is a violation of the town ordinance, YOU COULD BE FINED!

**Pet welcome, 1 dog only please. Additional $200.00 Nonrefundable fee required****please be respectful and clean up after your pet. Town ordinance for not cleaning up after your pet is 100$ Fine.

Topsail Beach is a family friendly community , clean quiet beaches with plenty of local restaurants and beach shops or water craft rental a few miles away.
Support local businesses and historical sites !
A short drive to Wilmington NC to site see at the Battleship NC or Bellamy Mansion Museum.
Go to the north end of Topsail Island, park the car and walk the beautiful white sand beach and watch the oceans fury. DO NOT SWIM AT THE NORTH END!! The waters are very dangerous!

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Please remove sheets from beds, place on floor in bath room with wet/ dirty towels. Leave quilts on bed for housekeeping
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This places has it all …. quiet beach, great location, and fully stocked kitchen. We love going on beach walks and sitting on the balconies listening to the waves.

A Fantastic Stay

We stayed at this property end of February and it was absolutely perfect for our family. We enjoyed it so much we already are planning the next trip! One of the best features was the private walkway access to the beach (not to mention the incredible views of the ocean). The video game arcade was also a big hit, and being able to include our German Shepherd was a huge plus. We loved our trip throughout and we will certainly be back.

Great stay!

Our stay at Beth's house was great! The location directly on the beach can't be beat. Beds were comfortable, house was clean, and there were plenty of kitchen utensils--we cooked most of our meals at the house. One set of bath towels is provided, so if you want more washcloths or towels, plan to bring your own. You'll also want to bring kitchen towels, saran wrap and aluminum foil if you will do much cooking. We didn't want to leave and would gladly go back!

Wish We Stayed Longer!

What a wonderful stay. Such a beautiful house, we loved the decorations so much. The views were something that can only be described as natures masterpiece. We were directly on the beach. Very quiet and peaceful. The host was a delight! Thanks Beth, for everything! We hope to be back next year.

Our son was being deployed and we wanted a long, relaxing weekend with him. Our winter stay was wonderful. Cool breeze, great location, and even walks on a rainy beach were just perfect. (Had a little trouble with remote, but owner was VERY QUICK to respond and guide us on SuperBowl Sunday!)

Great family location

Great location, quiet beachfront. Large frontage after the dunes even at high tide. Ease of check in and check out. Only complaint would be AC setting of 72° is not cool enough. Understand that the unit may overheat, and we did not touch the setting but never really felt cool in the upper floors.

Little piece of paradise

This house was very clean when we checked in and the check-in process was smooth and easy. Beth had a few rules for us to follow but nothing over the top and it made me feel at ease to know that the place is taken care of. The beach was perfect it was like having a little private beach for a week. She even allowed us to bring both of our pups which enjoyed the ocean so much and had a hose downstairs to rinse them off, which is so helpful! The house was complete with all the essentials you require on vacation and more. I would definitely book another trip here sometime and stay here again! 😊

Serene by the sea!

Super clean. Well stocked. Exactly as described. Superb owner communication. House well stocked and as pictured. My 3rd different rental on the island and now no need to look further. Can't say enough.... don't hesitate!
