Centrally located just minutes from Sneads Ferry and 10 minutes to Surf City, this is a perfect home base for your island adventures. With kid- and dog-friendly gated porches, spacious interiors, and million-dollar views, you’ll experience beach living at its best.

Amazing location!

We stayed here for 5 nights and absolutely loved it! The location was amazing with the house being right on the beach. I admit that I had a couple of concerns that I'm bringing up in case anyone else has the same hesitations. I was concerned that with the house being a duplex that we would feel too close to the people staying next door and we would have noise issues. This was not a problem at all. I also was concerned about the public access point being nearby causing congestion on the beach and this was also never a problem. We always had plenty of space on the beach which is one thing that I love about this area of NC beaches. I would absolutely stay here again for future trips!!

Cherished memories

My family ranging in age from 24-94 had a wonderful week in North Topsail Beach! The one thing that stood out was the exceptional host. Of course the beach and house were beautiful but the time together was the most special. If you have elderly traveling, I suggest they use the upstairs master to keep the stair climbing to a minimum. Oh, the golf course a few miles away was a huge hit as well. Can’t say enough…

This location was awesome! An amazing family friendly beach with little to no public traffic. The home had everything needed to make basic meals and perfect space for up to 10 people (2 kids on the bunk bed). Great communication from the host. Would definitely come here again.

Great home for beach vacation

House was comfortable and very well appointed - stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, sheets, deck and beach chairs, etc. Beach access and views were awesome. Surf is strong on north end of island and there is little beach left at high tide.

perfect 'not the same old' beach spot

Perfect getaway, amazing beach access, away from the usual crowds of more populated beach towns. Not a ton of 'attractions' but there is all the usual stuff, (min golf, pizza, jet ski, paddle board, surfing, cheap beach shops) but there was a few 'real' sport shops with proper fishing and outdoors gear that I spent way too much money at as well. house was clean, well-designed, basic appointments. nice coffee machine, basic stove. there was some leftover beach gear 9bnoogie boards, chairs) bu you should plan to bring your own. we also had dolphins join us all day - about 30 ft off shore. added bonus.

Even better the second time!

This was our second time staying at Sol Therapy, and we loved it even more this time around. The property is extremely comfortable for our large family, everything was spotless, and it was great that we could bring our dog with us. It was easy to get to restaurants and coffee shops and the grocery store, and we left feeling totally rejuvenated. Will definitely try to stay again!

Nice, comfortable house

This is a nice house with a wonderful view of the beach. My favorite thing to do is to sit on the deck and stare at the ocean. There were only two of us, so we had plenty of room. My small dogs also loved lying on the deck. Great communication with host. Keypad lock makes it easy to check in. Super easy access to beach. Great property.

Beautiful location on the water. The house did not come with much for the beach itself- one chair, no sand toys, so be prepared to purchase or bring your own. The views were unbelievable from the deck. Great spot to sit and watch the water. I would recommend this house and hope to stay again

Fall at the Beach

We enjoyed a long weekend at this lovely home that is beachfront. It was wonderful to walk right out to the beach from the house, sit on the deck and look at the waves and hear the waves crashing from inside. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises, playing in the sand, searching for shells and walks on the beach. The kitchen was well equipped. The house is as described and was perfect for our family unit. A perfect fall get away and we hope to come back again.

Beautiful home and great kitchen tools

Check in process was very bumpy. Make sure to get in touch with host prior to the date of check in to ensure proper communication. Once we were inside it was great! Very happy with the kitchen and amenities. View is gorgeous. Such an easy checkout process compared to previous rentals. Definitely recommend.
