If you are looking for a 100% pet free home that is actually CLEAN, well appointed, with comfortable beds, and SPECTACULAR views, then you found it! Guests will appreciate the easy access to the beach and nearby local attractions, making this property a standout choice for a peaceful seaside retreat or a memorable family vacation.

Surf’s Up is an allergy friendly 100% pet free home. Please remember that many people are allergic to a variety of animals. It is extremely unfair to introduce a pet (or even a service animal) in a pet free home. Please do not jeopardize your vacation. Any animal found in or around this property is grounds for expedited eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid.

The house is located 2.8 miles north of the Surf City bridge or 5.5 miles south of the Sneads Ferry bridge. Heading north, it is just past the Surf City line in North Topsail Beach. Enjoy all of the peaceful surroundings on this quiet, dead end street.

Linens and much more are provided. Bath towels, hair dryer, bed sheets, quilts & blankets for the beds, pillows, kitchen linens, paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissues, napkins, garbage bags, hand soap, dish liquid, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent will all be ready for you at the house. The sheets will be on the beds when you arrive so you can start relaxing right away! Just bring your clothes, beach towels and personal items.

We are able to provide this exceptional level of service and attention to detail because we live here on the island, just a few miles away. The maintenance, cleaning & rental of Surf's Up is our full time job. We are always available to answer questions, address any issues and help in any way.

To maintain the home and assure that it is clean and comfortable for all to enjoy NO PETS ARE ALLOWED and there is NO SMOKING OR VAPING permitted inside.

My husband and I had an amazing week at Surf’s Up cottage. The owner takes great care in maintaining this wonderfully clean, well organized house. The kitchen was well equipped with good pots and pans and casserole dishes. Paper products, including extra trash bags, were readily available. The chairs on the porch were balcony height, and perfect for beach gazing. The beds were most comfortable. Excellent linens/towels were provided. One thing we greatly appreciated was the Spectrum cable access. Sometimes the local news and MeTV is nice to have without having to sign in to a streaming channel. We really enjoyed our stay, and hope to be able to return again.

Just Book It!

Our stay at Surf’s Up was unreal! The location and views were second to none and it was literally the cleanest beach house ever. It being only a few steps to the beach was especially convenient for my 79 year old mother-in-law. When we weren’t on the beach, we enjoyed sitting on the deck where we could watch the sunrise, dolphins and pelicans. The location of the outdoor shower made it easy to keep the house clean. The owner, Becky, is welcoming and makes herself available to you should you have questions or need anything. This was our first time visiting Topsail Island so we asked her for recommendations ahead of time - her list of restaurants and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center did not disappoint. If you’re looking to stay at the cleanest oceanfront home on Topsail Island that will accommodate 6 people, look no further…just book it!

Great place!

This was a wonderful place to stay. I would definitely rent again. The only thing I would like to see is more of the tall chairs with backs on the deck for enjoying the beautiful view and conversation.

Just steps to the beautiful sand of North Topsail Beach, Surfs Up was the perfect spot close to Surf City. A tranquil oasis perfect for a relaxing break from the daily grind. Cozy Paradise!

This was our 3rd time staying at Surf's Up! This is wonderful oceanfront home with all the amenities that my husband & I needed and wanted! Spent most of our days sitting on the Captain chairs on the deck being hypnotized watching and listening to the ocean waves. Becky made sure that everything was okay and made sure that we felt free to contact her if anything needed to be attended to. Hoping to visit again next year!

Perfect location charming beach house, what else could you ask for? House is updated and tastefully decorated it is equipped with everything you need for your stay. The bed and pillows are heavenly adding to a great stay. The owner is super communicative making the check in seamless. This is the second time we have stayed here and plan to return next year when we are in the area.

Great family beach getaway

We rented this property for our children and 2 grandchildren to have abit of sun and fun in late February. Weather cooperated and they were able to spend time on the beach which was just a few feet away. The moon rise inspired the grandkids and we all captured amazing photos. The house was immaculate and equiped with everything needed. So clean! They loved their 1st visit to NC and Surf's Up is now on our A list for company.

Our Happy Place!

It's hard to put into words the magic that is Surf's Up for our small family. We return multiple times a year and have now lost count of our number of stays at this special place. Rave-Worthy Retreat

Surf's Up has become the sanctuary to which we retreat to re-connect as a family, and this trip was just that! This cottage is ideal for us to enjoy the ocean view as we read, cook, play board/card games, and do jigsaw puzzles. And the beach during the wintertime is its own special experience as we strolled the shore, watched pelicans & sandpipers, spotted dolphins. A home that is just as magical in the winter as it is in the summer - until next time!

We found Topsail Island in 2005 and fell in love with it right away. It was perfect for us and our 4 children. Beautiful white beaches, clear blue ocean and quiet, relaxing atmosphere. We purchased our first home here in 2012. We grew up in Pittsburgh but now live here full time on the island. Because we clean and maintain everything ourselves we offer an exceptional level of service. We are so happy to be able to share our oceanfront home with others who love Topsail as much as we do.

Surf's Up is an ideal location on Topsail Island. It is on a large lot just minutes from the center of Surf City and located on a quiet dead end street. The floor plan makes the most of the space and offers those spectacular views. We have enjoyed keeping it updated and giving it just enough beach theme décor to keep you on "Island Time" while you are here.
