Big News, we have reduced our summer 2026 rates by $100 per night. A few 2026 summer weeks still remain available. If you are looking for an ideal vacation home for your family with unobstructed ocean and sound views....you just found it in Knee Deep at North Topsail Beach. Knee Deep is a family owned beachhouse that provides spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean from the back decks and water views from every window in the house. Listen to the sound of the waves as you rest in your oceanfront living room. Wake up to a gorgeous sunrise as you enjoy breakfast on your ocean front deck. Spend the day watching dolphins play in the surf or just relax in the sun and finish the day watching the sunset across the sound. Knee Deep offers 4 Bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, including two master bedrooms.

It was nice, quiet and had plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the brief walk to the beach. It was great to be able to cook and gather for meals without having to go out. Mike was most attentive with any questions we had.

A few concerns were their were quite a few spiders in the home. Also not sure why we had to strip the beds when we left and wash and dry the towels ourselves when we paid for a cleaning with our stay. Since we had to do some of the work of the cleaning crew I fell we should be compensated for it.

Hey Gilberto, Thanks for your feedback. We take the cleanliness of Knee Deep as a primary focus. Our maintenance person lives on our street and our cleaning company is located on the island. If you would have shared your concerns with me during your stay, we could have easily remedied your concerns. We have a lot of confidence in our cleaning crew, as they routinely go above and beyond but it sounds like they may have missed the mark with prepping for your stay unfortunately. I’m sorry we didn’t have the chance to take care of the issues during your time at Knee Deep. Our linens are handled by our cleaning company and we have not received any feedback consistent with your review. That said, I will certainly reach out to our Karen and her cleaning crew and share your concerns. Additionally, I will reach out to you to discuss the linens. Again, we appreciate your input and value your feedback. Thanks again for choosing Knee Deep and offering us the chance to make any necessary improvements. Best, Mike

April Family Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Knee Deep. There were so many special amenities, specifically in the kitchen, that blessed our family. We love to cook and it was a joy to do so as a family in that space!We loved being able to watch the turtles, crab, ducks, and other wildlife from the balconies. Birthday get away

We go to topsail island every year for my son's birthday. This house had the best views of any we have been to so far and being able to wake up and walk to the beach for sunrise was amazing. The property was clean, well stocked and toddler friendly. If you like to swim, pay attention to the posted signs as there is a drop off towards the end of the island that is not safe. Good swimming with a shallow entry is easy to access from the property just to the right of the beach access.

We are two families from Hillsborough NC that finally decided to make the jump into a beach house, a jump....Knee Deep!

Why they chose this property

After years of family vacations on North Topsail Beach, we decided to start looking for the perfect spot to buy a place. When we came across Knee Deep, the views literally took our breath away. The idea of being able to have that perfect spot on the beach became a reality for us this year. And we are looking forward to sharing Knee Deep with other families to enjoy.

What makes this property unique

We are on the North End of the beach, so there is not much to distract you from the beach and your family time. We love the short walk to the waters edge. We have rented places not on the beach before and it is really convenient to be so close to the water's edge.
