Inside this stylish, professionally designed oceanfront condo you will find everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay! One of only two of the unique floor plans in Villa Capriani that includes master bedroom access to the balcony, and a view that captures the patio live music area, pools, and oceanfront directly! When you arrive, you will find a meticulously cleaned condo, beds prepared for you with luxury hotel quality down comforters, and pillows.



Other Things to Note:

Master Bedroom with adjustable King Bed. Bathrooms include luxury towels, bathmats & organic spa-quality soaps including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Also, for your convenience included are organic laundry and dishwashing pods, dish soap, kitchen linens, and starter items (coffee, toilet paper, and paper towels). Relax on the balcony in the swivel rocker chairs while you enjoy dolphin watching and live music from the onsite restaurant patio and bar below, take in the amazing view of the three pools, two hot tubs, and the ocean waves! Too many other designer and luxury touches to mention, you must experience it for yourself.







The Space

Two Bedrooms, Dining Room, Living Room, Kitchen, two baths and balcony. The property sleeps 8! 2 in the master (1 adjustable King bed), 4 in the guest bedroom (2 queen beds), 2 in the family room (1 Queen Sleeper Sofa).



The master bedroom has the adjustable king bed, 50" TV, , sitting area, motorized blackout shades, on-suite bathroom with dual vanities, access to the balcony and AMAZING VIEWS.



The living room has a large queen sleeper sectional sofa, recliner, large reading chair, coffee table/desk combo, media center/desk area motorized blackout shades and a 55" Tv.



The kitchen has been remodeled with all new cabinets, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances.



The laundry room has new full-size front load washer and dryer.



The guest bedroom has 2 queen size beds.



We provide luxury spa-like linens, toiletries and cleaning supplies. All the beds are made and lines are set up.

The RESORT



The Villa Cipriani Resort Condominiums is in a class all of its own. With it's onsite restaurant, multiple pools and hot tubs, tennis courts, private beach and walking distance to the pier, ice cream and park, you wont find a more unique property on all of the NC coast.

The pools are open from the first Friday in April until the end of October every year. The hot tubs are open year-round.

This is a beautiful space! They have decorated and put so much thought into updating this unit. It is one of the prettiest units I have stayed in at Villa Capriani. The beach is always wonderful and you can see the ocean from your kitchen table. The pools are always fantastic. We look forward to staying at this property again in the future and their little piece of paradise.

A good place to relax on the beach

Our family has stayed at several North Topsail locations and we’re thinking this one might be IT. From the unit itself, with the most relaxing bed with an incredible view, to the fabulous stretch of beach this was a fantastic getaway. Wow!!! What an amazing condo! It was so clean when we arrived! The view is just as it appears, as well as the interior. The windows were so clean, it looked like there weren’t any there, making the view even more incredible! From the linens to the toiletries, the hosts have the necessities you need to begin enjoying your stay. Speaking of the hosts, they were extremely quick to respond and very friendly. Everything was perfect for a much needed, relaxing getaway. I can’t wait to go back! If there were 10 stars, I’d rate it a 10!!!!

The pictures on the website don’t do the condo justice. It’s a beautiful place and very spacious. The master bedroom was amazing and we loved it. The location was great and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the waves and listening to the live music from the restaurant. The only thing that would have made it better was if Villa Capriani had a walkway down to the beach. The stairs were a little steep for one of the members of our party. Overall, we highly recommend the condo and the owners.

Family Vacation

We loved this property and would definitely stay here again! We have two little kids and being close to the beach and pools were perfect. The condo has every amenity that we needed and there is a restaurant on the first floor of the building that was delicious! Once the kids went down we were able to enjoy the balcony and on some nights there was live music at the restaurant. We will definitely recommend this rental to family and friends in the future!

We had a great stay at this unit. It was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. The owner provided more than enough linens and the real-sized toiletries were such a bonus. The unit was very well stocked in general and other than a few normal/minor wear and tear things everything was in good working condition. We would love to stay here again.

The front door lock is a little tricky. More detailed instructions would help. There were zero supplies like tim foil, salt and pepper. Almost every other BRBO we’ve stayed has some of these basics. We were there for only 4 days.

The sea is calling!

THE VIEW! We LOVED our stay! The moment you walk into the condo you are greeted with the most spectacular view of the ocean. This is an ocean front condo with views you won’t be able to get enough of. The condo is professional decorated which adds to its charm. Kitchen is well stocked and the luxury towels/ bedding are delightful. The beach and pool were quiet and clean. We also enjoyed a few meals at the onsite restaurant (Splash) - so easy. We spent our early am and then evenings on the balcony watching the sun and ocean. Easy communication with the host -responsive, friendly and helpful. We are already planning our next trip. Can’t wait to return.

I will say it is a beautifully decorated condo and super clean easy access to restaurants and beach. We enjoyed almost everything about the stay ...my husband and I just didn't sleep well. The beds are really uncomfortable unless you like EXTRA firm. I tried to sleep on the couch the last night but the down comforters and pillows are beautiful and plenty of clean linens! I would have to say if the mattresses are updated in the future I would consider staying again. Shanna the owner was really nice and easy to communicate with. Hopefully this inspires a new set of mattresses if it could sleep as well as it looks it would deserve 5 stars....those down comforters and pillows had me fooled from the photos!

Beautiful views in comfortable setting

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The beds were all very comfortable as was the living area furniture. The kitchen was well-equipped, except missing tin foil/parchment paper for reheating leftovers. We loved the work spaces, too. The ocean views are wonderful, with comfortable swivel chairs (wish they could squeeze in more than two). Be sure to visit Splash downstairs for lunch and dinner. They've got a great outdoor eating space when weather is good and delicious gluten free (and regular) meal options. If you walk to the pier, be sure to bring money so you can go on it. We missed out there, but the walk on the beach was lovely. The pools were closed (way too cold to swim in at this time of year anyway) and needed tending but we've seen them during the open season where they are picturesque. Overall, we would absolutely return to this unit. The owners were super responsive, helpful and great to work with. We miss it already!
