This was truly one of our favorite family vacations! The resort was perfect for our family. Restaurant on site. 4 pools, all great for varying ages. The ocean was super rough when we were there, so these pools were a life saver! The resort is very kid friendly. They even did a cute rubber duck hunt for the kids. The condo itself was really nice. A bit dated but nice. Has everything you need to be able to cook. Loved that it had a washer and dryer. It was very very clean when we arrived. Our view was perfect - right on the ocean. The walk from our condo to the beach wasn’t bad either. Resort staff was very friendly.

This condo was a great place to stay! It was very clean and well stocked with everything needed from laundry soap to pots and pans. The balcony was a plus with a good view. It was very easy to check in. There’s a great restaurant with great hosts there too. I will definitely stay here again!

We just completed our stay at Beachaholic at Villa Capriana and had an amazing time. The unit was comfortable for our family (2 adults, 2 kids). The unit was spotless, very clean and equipt with almost everything we needed during our stay (including an air fryer!). I wish we had packed a blanket as there were no extra blankets in the unit other than those on the bed. The view from the unit 's balcony is breathtaking. We had two small maintenance tasks arise both of which were easily & quickly coordinated and addressed by the host. The unit is on the first level of the building, but use of the stairs or elevator is necessary to access the unit. There is a stairwell directly across the hall from the unit so that was our preferred route to get to the pool & beach. Parking is a bit hit or miss in the main parking lot, but plenty of space in lot across the street. Beach access was great and not crowded. There are no lifeguards on this section of beach. Beach erosion was not an issue at this location. Ocean wasn't too rough so the kids could play in the surf and boogie board without issue. Found lots of shells and sharks teeth!The site's pools were fantastic, clean and not too crowded. There are also plenty of tables and chairs around the pool. On-site restaurant was a huge plus and had delicious food and drinks. Restaurant is accessible from pool area if you want to grab drinks to enjoy poolside.

The condo was exactly as advertised.

Visited north topsail and stayed at the condo. Very clean and everything we needed for the beach was already in the unit. The porch is right on the beach!!! Such an amazing time, even during a hurricane. Thank you so much for renting it out to me for a much needed vacation.

We loved it from the minute we first entered Beachaholics! Being able to eat meals on the balcony or simply sit inside the glass doors overlooking the beach was a perfect way to relax in this beautifully decorated condo. Right on the Ocean!

This unit is spacious and clean. Has everything you need as far as dishes and pots and pans are concerned. And they are new, not all beat up like in some rentals. It is directly oceanfront and you can’t beat the views. The pool is also nice and there is a restaurant on site that is excellent!

This condo was in a perfect location, right on the beach!! The unit was a bit dated but it had everything we needed. The couch was uncomfortable to sit on but that’s not uncommon for sofa beds. I would definitely consider renting again.
