Rob was absolutely amazing. He sent me several text with all of the information I needed for our long weekend stay. The condo was extra clean, perfect location and short walk to the beach. Will definitely try to stay at here again.

We absolutely loved our vacation here. The property was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We loved having dinner out on the porch each night. The beach was super close and loved having the option to use the pool!

The facility as a whole is very nice clean and well maintained and is literally right on the beach, which was amazing. This particular unit was also clean and well-maintained and up-to-date. The host was super friendly and very responsive to all of our needs and I would recommend the host and the unit to anyone looking for a nice beach getaway.

This property was absolutely perfect andThe view was exceptional! The only thing better was the host! He went above and beyond to make our stay the best ever in the last 12 years staying at topsail. If I could have rated it more than 10/10 I would have. Highly recommend this property and host!

Great place to stay! Clean and had everything we needed! Rob is an excellent host! Made everything so easy and gave information on restaurants/etc. as we had never stayed at Surf City before. We will definitely be returning!

We loved the condo! Super comfy king bed, great kitchen pans, pots, large tv, and fast wifi. Loved it being on the first floor with covered parking and you still get a view of the ocean's horizen. Bonus was having access to the storage unit below with all the beach toys. And of course the pool and well-kept property at The Surf. Rob is a great host and adds extras that are above and beyond what is expected. We'll be back!

I was completely unaware that there was an upholstery issue on one of the chairs until I read the renter’s review. The renter had indicated to me that everything was good and never mentioned any problem when I continually checked in with him during his stay. After learning about the problem from reading the review, the issue was addressed, fixed, and taken care of within 2 hours. If I am not told about an issue, and the guest is informing me that everything is good, I have no way of knowing that there is an issue to take care of. Once informed about the issue it was fixed immediately. Rob

Rob was an extremely helpful host - available any time we needed and was extremely accomodating! The condo had everything we needed and was spacious and stayed nice and cool. We didn't take advantage of any of the available excursions, but it was plenty of fun between the pool and the beach for me, my husband, my daughter, and 7-year-old granddaughters. The best part was there wasn't all that touristy nonsense we would have dealt with anywhere else. Rob made the whole process stress free with most anything we would need already available at the property. I would definitely recommend this condo to friends.

Location to the beach and pool is perfect. The house and Rob are excellent, he goes above and beyond for his guests and will go out of his way if you needed anything. 10/10 we will be back to this condo!

Perfect getaway!

We had an amazing stay at a perfect location. Between the pool and the beach we enjoyed the sun everyday! This spot is great for families but also great for anyone looking to unwind and vaca. We highly recommend this VRBO and hope to be back again soon!
